Anyways enjoy.//
"Intrepide." Matt simply replied with a slight shrug.
As the taxi had driven us across the beautiful city filled with life, I was asking Matty to translate words in French since there wasn't anything better to do. French is apparently one of his 'assets'. What's mine? Well, in order to answer that I need to figure it out myself.
"Keep going Ari, I'm in the zone!" he laughs. Amelia, who was sat on the opposite side of the vehicle, just nodded her head ending it with a smug smile.
"Hmm, kidnap."
Matt squints his eyes, then raises his eyebrow most likely to say 'really?' he then goes, "Enlevement, stupide."
"Hey I may not know French, but I sure hell heard that!" I joked, playfully slapping his head.
Matt smirks, playing with my hand. Soon a brick building with the words MOTEL came into view. Causing me to loosen the grip Matty had on me. Amelia had opened to door and stepped out, followed by me, then waited for Matt to do the same as soon as he pays the grumpy driver. Matt takes out a wad of cash, not even bothering to count it, and hands it to the driver. Someone is either a walking bank or extremely impatient. Matt walks inside with Amelia while I trailed after them. The man at the desk, who seemed to have a dreaded day, reminded of me when I first got to London. He tells Matt to pay without even looking at him then shoos us away afterwards. We walk away from the desk and head to room 17. The smell of smoke accompanies me as we walked in, of course they needed a smoke room huh.
Once I closed the door, I realised there was nothing here for us. Usually when you go to a hotel or something you're struggling to carry your suitcases, but in here we had nothing. Everything was left behind, except the journal in my hand which had a few scribbles in it. That it almost looked like it belonged to someone mental. The leather latch on it was distressed, making me wonder when it will just finally rip. From the corner of my eye, I see Matt staring at the journal like he had X-ray vision. Making me hide it at my side. "What now?" Amelia spoke. Now I come to think of it, that's a good question. What now? Do we just try to see how long it will take them to capture us or do we fight back? Matt sighs and starts speaking,
"We live life at its fullest. Just because we're in the middle of something like this, it shouldn't really affect our every day lives." that's true I guess, we shouldn't just sit here and mope around.
"Then what shall we do, Matty?" she asks once again.
"We can walk around and just take everything in; I don't know, it's honestly up to you guys." Amelia smirked as soon as he said 'up to you guys' making me brace for her of what we should do.
"Well, considering we have nothing with us, we could go shopping. That'd be a good thing to start off with."
"Amelia, you see I meant something reasonable and something we'd all fancy."
"Okay, so please describe to me what you'll be wearing tomorrow and staying clean with."
Matt just stands there trying to say something in defeat, but gives up by walking out of the door. Signalling for us both to follow.

How is it that Amelia can walk for ages and carry at least 12 bags and not become extremely exhausted?
I'm literally carrying half of that and I feel like crawling, which I think Matty noticed as he swooped up three of my bags. Now he must have as much as Amelia does. I asked Matt if we could sit somewhere for a bit, which he gladly agreed to. Amelia on the other hand, was not going to compromise. So Matt gave her a couple hundred to spend leaving me and Matt alone. Oh how I missed this, although it had a hint of awkwardness to it. He takes out a cigarette from the packet in his pocket, which he never fails to carry. He inhaled it, then handed it to me in a questioning manner. I shrugged as if to say 'why not'. All we did was pass it back and forth in silence, but we was soon interrupted.
"Ariana what did you remember from that night you were gone for practically the whole day?"
I was taken aback by Matt bringing it up, but answered anyways. "Apart from the running away, I remembered taking off my shoes...wait I think that was maybe a dream."
"Haha actually, no, you did." he laughed. "In fact, you kind of made my heart swoon..." He grins widely.
Oh no, what did I do. "How is that, Healy?"
"Well for starters, you might have admitted your jealousy." he holds back his laughter, but then returns back to his seriousness. Waiting for me to react. Let's just say my reaction probably was priceless because his 'nope, nope I'm not going to laugh.' face was back.
I groan, "Okay, maybe I was slightly jealous." I didn't want to add anything.
"Next thing you know I'm trying to explain myself and BAM! Next thing you know the girl I'm completely and utterly falling for, kisses me!" he smiles.
"Uh-I-kissed-wait...what?! You're only telling me now?" I said completely confused on what to say.
"Yes I know, you can be pissed for all I care, you still kissed me. I just wanted to tell you at the right time."
"I guess you're righ-" I say nothing then realize, "Did you say you were falling for me?" (A/N: this is why I put the song fallingforyou at the top)
He nods pridefully.
