~Three Months Later~

He held tightly to her clenched hand, giving her a reassuring smile. The Prince stood over the hospital cot, finding himself in the same position he was three months prior when Leah had told him the joyous news that she was with child.

It was news the Prince didn't see coming, but certainly welcomed with open arms. As Harry comforted Leah during her checkup on the little one, he recalled the moment he found out that together they had created a human being.

"Harry, I'm pregnant."

My eyes bulge at her words, my mouth opening and closing with no words able to escape. I gulp. Is she serious? I watch her carefully and she bites her lip in worry. Dear God, she's serious.

"I..Y-You're what?" I manage to splutter out. My head is spinning.

"I'm going to have a baby, Harry," she strongly tells me, but a glaze of worry crosses over her eyes. She must be thinking I'm unhappy. God, that's not what I want her to believe. This is just..so, so shocking.

"You're.." I stumble again. "We're going to have a child together." Realization hits me. Leah nods. An abrupt smile bursts on my face. She lets out a small laugh at my reaction.

"Are you okay with it? I can..um." Her smile fades and I can tell she i thinking about something. "If you, um, don't want the baby..there are, um, ways to get rid of it? I just-"

My hands thrash out to catch hers. I quickly say, "No! No, no. I don't want that, I want this baby. I'm sorry for not reacting how you would have liked, I'm just..this is so surprising to me. But just because I didn't see this coming doesn't mean I don't want this. This is such a good thing. Christ, we're going to be parents, baby!"

Her musical laughter picks up like a strong crescendo and my arms reach out to hug her. I kiss every inch of her face, receiving the cutest of giggles.

"I'm so happy you're happy."

"I am, I am so thrilled, darling."

I press my lips onto hers and she grins through the embrace. When we break apart, I glance down at her stomach. There's obviously no bump, but the thought that there's something, a small little person, in there makes me grin from ear to ear.

Leah takes my hand and guides it over the hospital gown and presses it down on her warm skin.

"The nurse doesn't know how far along I am, but she said that because I've had these pains it's most likely around a month or so. Which...um, makes sense when you consider the last time we...you know."

I laugh at the fact that she's getting shy talking about the last time we had sex. That's when we conceived little bean. Little bean. I like that.

"Little Bean," I mumble with a happy, lazy smile.

She looks at me with a puzzled expression.

"Can we call him or her Little Bean?" I ask, suddenly feeling silly for the unusual name I just said aloud.

"That's perfect." Leah glances down at her belly. "Little Bean."

I lean down to kiss her stomach. When I resurface, there are tears welling up in my darling's eyes. I look back down to her flat belly and intertwine our fingers over her skin.
