Maya woke up in her bed.She woke up terrified.She couldn't remember what had happened to her the previous night.
She hurt everywhere.She grabbed a little mirror next to her and when she saw her face...
Oh my god! Her whole face was bruised.
She was about to cry.
"Maya..."
Her father went into the room.He was a mess.
And then Maya remembered everything.He beat her.Yeah!He beat her!
Maya was shaking.He wasn't her father.He was a monster.
"Maya..."
He would caress her hair.But,he watched how scared Maya was and he didn't.
"I didn't take you to hospital.They would ask many questions.I will take care of you..."
No way!
"...Maya,About last night...I didn't mean to hurt you.I was drunk and pissed off cause of your incident at school.I love you Maya.After your mom's death ,I had lost control.When I realized what I had done to you...I...couldn't believe that this was me...I have treated you really bad.I am sorry...Now,I will fix everything.Take some rest...I will go outside and ...I will come to cook..."her father said.
He had regreted.Maya would even feel sorry for him,but she decided not to forgive him.
She decided that it was better to leave.So,she stood up,she dressed up,put some clothes in her school bag,together with her school books,her cellphone,a little money and a picture of hers and her mother.
Maya left.She didn't take her keys.She wasn't sure if she wanted to come back ever again.
She was crossing almost all the streets of London.She didn't know where to start from.Would she find a job?She didn't know.
While,she was walking,she saw something moving from the shadows.At a dark corner,behind a rubbish bin,she saw something creepy.Oh,no!It was a demon.
The demon saw her and he kidnapped her.

Nathaniel was at the top of the Mount Everest.He was feeling that he could see the whole world.
From the clouds,he saw a demon.
"We have your girl.We keep her at a church.You have time till midnight.Unless,she is dead!"
And the demon left.
Nathaniel was terrified.His soul-mate was in danger.He had left her all alone!How idiot he was!He loved her!He couldn't stop thinking about her.
He would save her.He would follow his heart.

Nathaniel arrived at a dark isolated church of Glanstonbury.
The demons told him to come there.The church was dark.There was only the light of the little candles around a statue of Mary who was holding the baby Jesus.
Nothing was heard.Till a demon appeared.His eyes were red and he was like a mummy.
"Where is she?"Nathaniel broke the silence.Nathaniel showed her with his finger.
One demon pushed her and kicked her.
Nathaniel wanted to kill him right now.
Maya watched Nathaniel.
"Nathaniel..."
"Maya".
A maniac laugh was heard.
"Ah,Nathaniel.Sometimes I wonder whether you are a human or an angel..."a scary demon said.
"Leave her.Kill me!But don't you dare to touch her!"Nathaniel said angrily.
"Well,I don't think so...Will you risk everything for her?"
Nathaniel looked Maya with a sweet eye.
"For her,I would risk everything.Because she is worth the fight!"Nathaniel said.
Maya smiled to him.
The two demons were laughing at them.
"Oh,Nathaniel,would you betray yor God?"
"No!God would understand and respect my choice!"Nathaniel said.
"Such an idiot!I think we have talked enough!"
Other demons appeared.Nathaniel faught with everyone!At the start,he was powerless,but his love for Maya gave him courage.
Nathaniel killed even the last demon.
He ran to Maya.His wings were bleeding.
He managed to untie her.
Maya hugged him.
She was crying.Not from the sadness.From the emotion.
"Your wings..."Maya said.
Nathaniel smiled.
"They are fine".
Maya kissed him.She kissed him deeply.All of a sudden,his wings shined.They were healed.
"Wow!How did..."
"Your kiss healed them..."
Maya smiled.Nathaniel brought the light to the church.
He noticed that Maya was bruised.
"Who did this to you?"Nathaniel asked.
"My dad...Nathaniel,I can't!My best friend betrayed me,my dad beat me,they mistreat me at school as usual,but now the situation is worse...you are all I have.You left me and I...wish I could have the power to say everything that I was saying to the moon...last night...before..."
Maya was tired.She had no power.Nathaniel touched her cheeks and her face was not bruised anymore.
"I have heard them...You know.The power of love..."
Maya hugged him again.
She kissed him again.
"Just,take me away from here.I want to be with you!Only with you!I don't want to go back..."
Maya was crying.
"All right...All right".
They have found an abadonned house and Nathaniel was watching Maya while she was sleeping.
He was caressing her hair.
He looked up and said:
If only You knew how much I love her...
