Chapter 12

*Dark POV*

I woke up again to be relieved by the sight of Y/N still next to me. It was 8:00 so I figured I should get up and get going. I put Y/N back to bed in his/her room and walked out to the kitchen

"Good Morning Dark" Google met me in the hallway

"Hey Google" I said walking past him to the kitchen. Anti was already making breakfast

"Hey Dark?" he asked "We're getting low on food. Wanna take the kid on a trip to the store?"

I laughed "I'm sure Y/N would like that to be honest"

"The kid's leaving? Great. Leave him/her there" Wilford grumbled waking up on the couch. Yeah he had to take the couch for the time he was there. Don't go feeling sorry for him! He held Y/N at gunpoint! Anyway, Anti glared at him

"Wilford this is why you'd be a terrible parent" Anti said before returning to what he was doing

I ignored Wilford and Anti's arguments and said "I'll only take Y/N out if he/she is feeling better"

"He/She will probably be better in an instant as soon as you mention that" Glitch chuckled walking in "I always was when you said we'd visit Mark"

I chuckled "That is true"

"I'll go check on him/her" Google said walking down the hall

*Y/N POV*

I woke up slightly to see Google open the door to my room a little

"Good morning Mr. Google" I yawned quietly

"Good morning Y/N" He smiled "Sensors indicate improvement on Y/N's medical condition. Are you feeling well enough to accompany Dark to the grocery store?"

I smiled "Yes Mr. Google! Tell Mr. Dark I'll be ready soon!"

Google turned and left without complaint

*Timeskip*

"Ice cream too?" Dark sighed annoyed

I looked sadly and put it back "If you don't want it we don't have to get it"

"No kid it's not that...it's just we don't have all the money in the world alright? We can't get everything you want, we need to get stuff Anti wants as well" Dark told me hugging me "Sorry kiddo"

I shrugged and climbed onto his shoulders. Dark smirked "I'll take you out for ice cream on your birthday, okay? You said that was soon right?"

I smiled "Yeah in 4 days I'll be 3!"

"Alright then. In 4 days, we'll go out for ice cream" Dark chuckled

We continued on through the store. Dark stopped and froze for a moment

"Mr. Dark? What's wrong?" I asked

"Uh...kid keep your head down" Dark said suddenly nervous

I did so. I hadn't seen him this scared since the day he stopped the monster downstairs

"Dark?" someone asked behind us

Dark sighed "Hey Mark"

He turned around and I saw 'Mark'. He looked exactly like Dark, except his skin wasn't pale and his eyes were dark brown. I stared at him curiously "Mr. Dark? Is he one of your brothers?"

"Dark...why do you have a child with you?" Mark narrowed his eyes at Dark

"Mark let's not do this here, alright?" Dark said nervous. He suddenly grabbed my hand very tightly

Mark glared at Dark but soon smiled at me "Hey kid"

"Hi" I said shyly hiding my face

"You don't have to be scared of me!" Mark laughed

"But Mr. Dark is!" I protested "Nothing scares him!"

Mark chuckled "Dark's just nervous"

"Y/N this is Mark. You don't have to be afraid of him" Dark said putting me down so I could go by him. Mark knelt on the ground so he was at my height. I walked over to him shyly and unsure

"Mr. Mark? Why do you look like Mr. Dark?" I asked him

"Mark's...like my twin" Dark said

*Mark POV*

Dark with a kid...definitely not something I would ever expect. Y/N walked to me shyly and took my hand. He/she looked up at me with big (e/c) eyes "So you're another brother of Dark's?"

I nodded "Sure"

Y/N turned to Dark "Mr. Dark how many brothers do you have!?"

I laughed with Dark "We have a lot Y/N"

Y/N gave me a big hug "You're not scary Mr. Mark...you're super nice"

*Dark POV*

My heart burned with jealousy and my stomach turned with uneasiness. What if Mark took Y/N from me? I don't think I could live with him/her not being at Raspy Hill with me and Glitch and Anti and Google!

"So Y/N do you live with Dark?" Mark asked

"Yeah! He's awesome! He's so much fun to play with and he makes sure Mr. Warfstache doesn't scare me" Y/N said happily explaining why he/she loved me

"Warfstache?" Mark blinked "What's he doing there?"

Y/N shrugged "I don't like him. Mr. Dark had a nightmare about him and-"

"Alright kid slow down" I said walking over to him/her

He/she turned away from Mark and lifted his/her arms up to be picked up. I carried him/her on my shoulders again

"So Mark...should we talk at my place or yours?" I asked him

"It seems like Y/N likes your place so much, we can go there" Mark smiled
