The New boy

Alphonzo and Skylar pulled up to the school parking lot. Alphonzo slowly pulled into a spot and we got out. " Aye Alphonzo Whats the word." a boy named Davontae yelled standing next to a group of boys. " Wassuhh aye Imma go holla at them see you later ight" Alphonzo said with a grin. "Yeah sure." Skylar said. Something always bothered Skylar when Alphonzo left her all alone since he is her only friend really. Skylar walked into school and as soon she walked in there she was... Alphonzo's jealous popular ex. Skylar tried to avoid her as she walked past.

Skylar's POV:

"Hey Skylar." Abreya said with a fake smile more like an evil grin. "Hey Abreya." I replied trying to walk away but Abreya and her groopies followed me. "So you still messing with my man?"She saked me. I looked at her like she was crazy. "Girl Im just playing girl don't trip." she said laughing. I Didn't find anything funny about it because I know she was very serious. "Hehehe" I faked laughed looking at her like don't play wimme. "Well I get to my locker but Ill talk to you later." I said rolling my eyes to myself as I walked away. I know that fake girl probably rolled her eyes to. See ever since Alphonzo broke up with Abreya me and him have been Hanging out more. So she thinks we had something going on and that we still do, but what she don't understand is that I've known this boy since I was five year old. I could never see myself with him especially if he my bestfriend. What I mean is he's my bestfriend so I know everything about him, and one of the things I know is he doesn't take relationships serious and is a player. That boy can spit game and he has thots to. So no it could never happen.

Skylar grabbed her stuff out of her locker and slowly walked into her first class. She quickly sat down in her seat. As the teacher began talking her mind began drifting off to another world. "......We have a new student." Skylar snapped out of her trance to look up and see a darskinned boy with some curly hair and style. "He kinda cute." she thought to herself. " Im Morion and Im from Chicago." he said with a cute soft voice. " Well you can have that seat next to Ms. Williams, raise your hand so he can see you." Ms. Peterson ordered. Skylar shyly raised her hand, he smiled then sat next to me. the teacher began teaching and she could not concentrate with the new boy sitting next to her. She kept looking at him from the corner of her eye and every time she thought he wasn't looking she would look directly at him.

" Ms. Williams could stop drooling over Mr. Gates and read the next paragraph. " I... I... I umm wasn't following along." I said with a shaky voice. "Exactly so stop staring and start reading."The teacher replied. She was so embarrassed she couldn't even look at him. He smiled at Skylar because he hadn't even noticed. Abreya and her groopies began laughing hard at Skylar. Skylar couldn't wait for the bell to ring after that and when it did she hopped so fast that Motion noticed she was trying to rush out because of what happened. He smirked and walked after her.
