"Girl okay we been waiting all day give me the details now." Cece said as soon as they sat down at the lunch table. "I mean there ain't much to tell, me and Alphonso had a one night stand now I'm pregnant." Skylar said putting a chip in her mouth. "Duhh bitch I'm talk bout you and Alphonzo." Cece said. "Oh well the night my grandma got put in the hospital I had to call someone for a ride home, and y'all couldn't come get me and Morion wouldn't answer his phone so I had no choice but to call Alphonzo." Skylar said. "Okay and." Chloe said leaning in for more information. "And so I knew he would help because what was going on with my grandma so I asked could I stay with him for the night and then it just happened." Skylar said. "Its coo if you don't wanna give the details but just answer this one question." Lo said. "What?" Skylar asked. "Was it good?" Lo said smirking. Skylar smirked and didn't reply. "Was it a shrimpie or he had inches?" Cece asked. They all bust out laughing. "Bitch you a mess." Skylar said still laughing. They all stopped when Morion came to the table.

"What's so funny." Morion asked sitting down. "Nothing." Skylar said trying not to bust a grin. The twins and Lo held in their laughs. Morion noticed but shrugged it off. The table grew silent, but Morion's phone buzzed stopping the silence.
"Congratulations." It said from Abreya. Morion looked up to see Abreya smirking at him from his table. He squinted his eyes in  confusion. "Babe you gotta take me to my doctors appointment today." Skylar said causing him to look at her now. "Why you got a doctors appointment again, I thought you was done with all that mess." Morion said. "Nope Dr. Lane says he wants to see me." Skylar said nervously. "Awe Ight." Morion said. Skylar's phone dinged. Skylar picked it up to see a message from Chloe. "Baby appointment?" It said. "Yeah." Skylar replied. "How you gon hide that from him?" Chloe text back. "I'll Dr. Lane to tell Morion he has to wait in the waiting room." Skylar replied.

"Who you texting?" Morion asked. "Nobody I was checking something." Skylar said sitting her phone on the table. Morion immediately knew something was up cud Skylar had been acting real strange lately. He kept ignoring it though. "Baby you okay?" Skylar asked. "Yeah." Morion replied. Skylar went back to talking to the twins and Lo.

"The funeral is on Friday." Skylar's uncle said. "Okay." Skylar said looking down. "Hey I know you don't wanna think about this stuff so its okay if you dont help plan." Her uncle replied. "I'm fine, I wanna help." Skylar said looking up at her uncle. He studied Skylar for a second. "Okay if you want." He said. The room grew silent. Skylar looked around the huge kitchen. "This is a nice house." Skylar said. "Thank you, you know me and your mom use to always talk about living in a house like this as kids." Her uncle said smiling. "Oh." Skylar said. "I know you hate talking about your mom Skylar but you gotta do it sometime." Her uncle said. "For what, there's nothing to say, she chose drugs over me and so did my dad now there both dead." Skylar said. "Come on don't talk like that your parents loved you." Skylar's uncle said. "Yeah just like you did, but you left me too right?" Skylar said. "Hey I said I was sorry and I meant it." Her uncle replied. "Yeah whatever." "Okay... You know that boy Alphonzo is coming to the funeral." Skylar's uncle said. Skylar remained quiet. "Your grandma told me a little about him in fact I met him at the hospital one day." Her uncle said. "How?" Skylar asked.
"He would make sure you weren't there and come and visit your."

"So he knows she died?"

"Yeah I let him know and he didn't take it well."

"Uncle why you do that?"

"He had a right to know, and you know your grandma would have wanted that."

"Your right I guess."

"Well somebody about to pick me up I got a doctors appointment."

"For the baby?"
