I do not own Teen Wolf-
Chapter Five.
*Allison's POV*
I felt really bad for what just happened, you could seriously see the sadness wash over Samantha as she watched Stiles chase after Lydia. I looked at Scott and I could tell that he was thinking the same thing. I quickly stood up, grabbing Samantha arm.
"Hey come to the bathroom with me really quick?" I smiled at her.
She didn't say anything, she just nodded and got up. I didn't say a word until we walked into the bathroom, I couldn't really think of anything to say.
"You okay?" I finally asked, shutting the door.
"I guess." she shrugged, looking at herself in the mirror. I didn't know why she was wasting her time, she looked perfect.
"I honestly don't know what that was about, I thought that he was over her b-"
"Over her?" she suddenly looked even more hurt, "What does that mean? They dated?"
"He really liked her, but she didn't care. She dated Jackson, and basically broke his heart. I thought he stopped liking her though." I sighed, holding my head, this was all giving me a headache.
"Oh." she said before taking a deep breathe, "I don't even know why I'm getting all upset. Not like anything was going on between us anyways." she shrugged.
I could still see the hurt in her eyes though, she was not fine. She was feeding herself lies, and I couldn't help but feel horrible. I walked closer to her, and gave her a hug. Surprisingly she squeezed back, very tightly. Eventually she said something though.
"I don't think I'm going to go with him on Friday." she spoke very clearly.
"If you really don't want to, i wish you would though." I pouted, pulling away from the hug.
"I honestly don't even know why he asked me to go if he likes Lydia that much." she raised her eyebrows.
"I think you're not giving yourself enough credit. I think that he likes you, I really do. I think he's just use to rushing to Lydia for everything, everything will be fine. You guys should just talk about it." I squeezed her arm.
"Talking about this, is the last thing I want to do. Getting over this whole 'thing', is at the top of my to do list however." she chuckled a little, walking towards the door. I immediatly followed her.
*Samantha's POV*
Walking back into the cafeteria, I actually felt a little better. After Allison had told me about the whole 'Lydia and Stiles' situation, it made me realize. This whole was a joke, I guess I liked him so much that I didn't see him liking anyone. This whole thing was just my fault, I took a deep breathe as we neared our table. Just my luck, Lydia and Stiles had returned. Stiles looked at me, and looked a bit worried. Honestly I didn't care, I just sat down in my seat and ate the rest of my lunch in silence.
"Samantha?" someone's voice made me jump.
I looked up to see where it was coming from, thankfully it was coming from Lydia. Yay.
"Is that a yes or a no?" she asked.
"To what?" I asked, coughing as I choked on my water.
"To go shopping with Allison and I." she paused looking at me, "To buy something to wear to the party."
Allison looked at me, wondering what I was going to say.
"Actually I just remembered, my dad needs some help with some boxes and he asked for my help on Friday. So I don't think i can make it." I nodded getting up, and heading towards the garbage can.
As I reached it, the bell rang telling us lunch was over. Thank the lord, because I was not going back over and sitting down with them again. Just as I reached my locker, someone came up behind me. I looked down to see a pair of tennis shoes behind me. Confused, I turned on my heels and saw Stiles. I lost my balance as I crashed into him, he smiled a bit wrapping his arms around me. Part of me melted like an ice cube in the middle of summer. However, the rest of me just wanted to cry.
"So what, you don't want to go with me on Friday?" he asked, carefully placing me on my feet.
"I wouldn't want to intrude." I bit my lip and shook my head. Today, this seemed to be my catch phrase.
"I invited you, and I was really looking forward to going with you." he windened his eyes a little.
"No, now you can go with Lydia." I smiled the best that I could, and shut my locekr, walking away.
"Samantha!" I heard him call after me.
I put my head down, and kept walking. I wanted to turn around, and let him explain. I wanted everything to be okay. I just wanted him, but I knew that his heart was already taken. It was taken by the ginger haired devil of a girl.

The next day, I did the same. I ignored him, I didn't even look at him during English. He poked me a couple of times, but I think he got the hint eventually. At lunch, I skipped and waited in the bathroom the whole period. Getting odd looks when girls would come in, who actually had to use the bathroom. I felt relieved when the day was over, and I got to go home.
I went right up to my room, and layed on my bed. Thinking about what I was going to do on Friday, now that I had no plans. My brother had left to go hang out with Jackson, who he had seemed to take a liking to. My father was still at work, and i was home alone. Which was great, just great. I heard a knock on the front door, and it made me jump. I got off my bed walking down the stairs and up to the door. But when I opened, my eyes widening and a feeling took over my body.
