Your Pov
Your rescue wasn't all that happy or special. Actually it was quite terrifying. A man with a mask on took Sayu and you and put you between two large glasses.
You and her were there for maybe 30 minutes until you heard walking coming your way.
It was Chief Yagami.
"Oh god" You whispered
Sayu then started banging on the glass and we saw the two men talking. Chief then pulled the Death Note out of his side jacket.
"NOOO!" You started screaming.
Then a gun was fired.
You felt a pain in your side and saw Sayu crawling to you.
That's all you remembered until you blacked out.

You woke up in a hospital bed with a sleeping Light by your side. You could barely move or talk but managed a whisper for your throat was so dry.
"L-Light"
He stirred and looked at you.
"Y-Y/n!" He said walking up to you and held your hand.
"Where's Sayu?" You croaked.
"She's alright. I'll go get a doctor"
He said walking out of the room.
You just lied there, very groggy.
A few minutes later an older man walked it with Light by his side.
"Ah, I see your awake Miss L/n" He said.
"C-Can I have water?" You asked.
The doctor nodded and sent a nurse to get you a cup.
"I don't know if you have any knowledge of what happened, but you were shot in the stomach" the doctor said.
You nodded and saw the nurse come back with a Styrofoam cup with water.
She held it for you as you took a sip and immediately felt better.
"Thank you" You said more clearly.
There was a sudden pain in your side.
"Ouch" You said through your teeth.
The nurse then walked over to your IV bag and inserted some medicine.
T
he doctor walked up to you and pulled off your bandages lightly and you saw where you were shot. There was dried blood and plenty of stitches. It looked terrible.
Light covered his face with his hands and looked depressed about it.
"It will be hurting for awhile, but you'll be alright, you have quite a few visitors in the lobby, do you want to see them?" The doctor asked.
"More than anything" You replied with a smile.
I've been wanting to hear Matsuda's silly talk, Aizwa getting on to him, Mogi's hard work, and the chief.
You thought.
The doctor then left the room and said that when you were ready you could have more visitors.
Now it was just you and Light.
He looked at you with watery eyes. He took your hand and held it close to his.
"I-Im so sorry, I didn't mean for anything like this to happen."
He said chocking on his tears.
"Light, its okay now, I'm home" You said leaning in to kiss him.
Before you two could kiss the door opened and you saw Matsuda, Aizwa, Chief, and Mogi. They all ran in and looked at you with shock.
"Y-Yn!! Your okay!" They all yelled.
Matsuda quickly sat on the side of your bed and immediately started telling you stories.
Aizwa, Mogi, and Chief all chuckled in the background, knowing about you and Matsuda being best friends.
Light was still holding your hand and was fiddling with it.
"So where is Sayu?" You asked.
Everyone got quiet and Chief left the room.
He came back about 10 minutes later with Sayu in a wheelchair.
She's been disabled.
L's Pov
I'm glad she's doing better.

I feel so pitiful. I've had a bunch of free time and I'll I did with it was be depressed and watch Netflix.
I'm not kidding.
I binge watched so hard that I finished BLACK BUTLER IN TWO DAYS. THAT'S TWO SEASONS!
