Your Pov
There was no one in the room except me, him, and Hallie. She left us alone. I dropped my bags to the floor and he walked up to me and dropped to my level. He wraped his arms around me tightly. I still didnt say anything. I then started crying- no sobbing.
"I-Im so sorry" he said into my hair.
he then stopped holding me and cupped my face and we locked eyes. He leaned in to kiss me. I missed his kiss so much.
I pulled away and smiled.
"You still taste like strawberrys" I said and smiled.
He laughed and hugged me again. We then stared laughing and we walked to me room. I sat on my bed and he sat in the chair I had in there.
"So where have you been?" I asked.
"Well for the investigation I fake died, and I spied on Light, and speaking of him, um what is going on with the two of you" he asked
I got angry when I heard his name.
"Well, after you left I had nobody else to turn to, but Light started liking me, and I guess I liked him back until he went crazy." I said
His face sunk to a sad level.
"Oh, are the two of you still together?" He asked.
"No!! We never were, I kept all of your things and he later found out and got angry and tore your shirt and told me that he had won." I said
"Well, Y/n, do you still want to be with me?" he asked
"More than anything in the world!" I said
He smiled and walked over to me and cupped my face again
"i love you"
"i love you too"
He kissed me and I snuggled up to his body and fell asleep, with him, the man I have missed more that anybody in the whole world.
I wokeup later that day and saw that me bed was empty. I sat up and stretched my arms and hopped out of bed and walked into the main room and sat in between L and Near.
"Ah y/n its nice to see you" L said
You plopped in your chair and grabbed some papers that needed to be filled out.
"Oh and y/n, we told the Yagami task force that you died" Near said
"You did what?!" You question yelled.
"It needed to be done, they think that you died in a car accident on the way here, so now we dont have to worry about someone writing your name down." Near said
L looked at Near confused.
"But she was using a fake name, right Y/n?"
I looked down at my lap and didnt respond.
Near looked at me then L.
"Y/n why dont you tell him what you did" Near said.
"I may or may not have told everyone my name a the task force" You mumbled.
L sighed
"Well at least they all think your dead" he said.
I shrugged my shoulders and went back to my paper work. A few minutes into in i heard people walk in and i saw a man with a blindfold on,
I quickly recognized him. Near looked at me and motioned for L and I to go to my room.
I grabbed his arm and ran.
I closed and locked the door behind us and saw that Hallie had brought all of my bags from shoping into my room and they were on my bed.
I jumped and got excited about my treats and Legos. L lied down on the bed facing the ceiling and his hands were behind his head. I dumped out all of my bags and saw my precious Macroons. I opened the package and L perked up and OOOoed and smiled at me.
I took a strawberry one and handed it to him. He gladly took it and ate it. I was in a pocky mood.
i pulled out my pockysitcks and put one in my mouth and looked at him and mmmmmm ed. He took the other end into his mouth and I numbered three, two, one on my fingers and started trying to eat the pocky and my lips met with his. He smiled into the kiss.
"You havent changed much" he said.
i looked down and remembered my bad times and i could see the scars on my arms.
"Well, now that im with you im back to normal" I said.
He leaned in to kiss me again and we kissed and soon started making out. But we were interrupted by a soft knock on the door.
"Hes gone" I heard Near say.
I smiled at L and got off of my bed and walked out with him. We sat back down and Near told us it was Aizwa and that he suspected Light and that we were going to meet with Lights task force in three days and that it should all be over by then. Near had one of his men make a fake death note and replaced the real one.
