Your Pov
You saw Sayu and your stomach dropped.
But nothing happened to her legs.
She just stared blankly at the wall behind you.
"S-Sayu?" You asked.
She then closed her eyes for a few seconds and then asked to leave.
"Is she okay?" You asked.
"No, she's in a state of shock." Matsuda replied.
You looked over to Light and squeezed his hand lightly. You then started to feel sleepy. You then drifted off into sleep.
Lights Pov.
It's been a few weeks since Y/n woke up and today we're heading home. We have a room set up for her. We worked on it for what seems like three weeks.
"Are you ready?" I asked her.
She nodded her head and stood up and we slowly walked to the car.
"As I'll ever be" She replied happily.
As we were driving home she was glancing out of the window the whole time looking sad.
"What's the matter?" I asked
"I-Im sorry" She replied with tears in her eyes.
"For what?"
"For putting you through all of this!" She exclaimed, now full on weeping.
As a coincidence we got home right after she said that. I put the car in Park and looked her in the eyes.
"Listen, Y/n, you did nothing wrong. I'm the one that pushed you to go out shopping by yourself, and Sayu will be fine!" I said.
She nodded her head and wiped a few stray tears. She gave me a small smile and opened the door to her side. I opened my door and helped her walk to the house.
I got the key out of my pocket and unlocked the door.
I walked her to her bed room.
Y/n's pov
I walked into my new room and couldn't let out a word. It was beautiful. I had a pretty f/c rug and 2nd f/c bed spread. Light gave me a kiss on the cheek and closed the door so I could have some alone time. I walked to my white dresser and saw a picture of me and Ryuzaki. I smiled and picked it up. And set it on my bed side table and took a well deserved nap.
I woke up a few hours later and got out of bed and walked into the living room.
"Hey guys" I said as I saw all of them around a table talking.
"Hey Y/n!" Matsuda said.
RANDOM POV CHANGE TO 'YOU'. LOL
You sat next to him and looked at Light. He was too focused on his computer to notice you when you walked into the room. You stood up and walked over to Light and wrapped your arms around him from behind.
"Hey" you whispered to him.
He smiled lightly(lol) and looked at you.
"What time is it?" You asked.
"Oh just let me check, oh shit! It's 2:00am!" Matsuda exclaimed.
"All of you need to head home and take tomorrow off" you said with you hands on your hips.
Light looked at you with shock.
"Y/n we need them tomorrow" Light said.
"No we don't. Technically L found me first to help with this investigation and it's my say at the moment." You said.
They all had shocked looks on their faces.
Then it hit you. This was one of the first times you mentioned L sense his death.
You covered your mouth and said that you were sorry to Light.
"No, it's fine. All of you do need a day off." He said.
You smiled and bid everyone goodbye.
You closed the door and felt arms wrap around you.
"I've been waiting for us to be alone"
IMPORTANT A/N !!!
Omg I'm so sorry for being a shitty writer. But I'm sad that my reads have gotten really low. Like my first chapter had 300 reads and my most recent one has about 80. That's very depressing to me. I was really hopeful with this book and it seems to be going down hill. I want to finish this story but if nobody wants to read this book then I don't think I'm going to finish it.
The last time I requested you guys to let me know if I should keep writing only about two of you responded. This is the last chance.
I'm feeling really sad right now.
