I abruptly stopped walking, too in shock to move. My heart started beating fast and I read the message again and again. Until finally I heard a knock on the door.

'Lacy, are you there?' I heard Finn shouting from the other side of the door. I quickly ran up to the door and opened it.

'Hey.' I said with a weak smile. I was happy to see him but the text from Harry had caught me so off guard that I wasn't really able to function right.

'Wow you look beautiful.' His eyes trailed me up and down. Slow enough so he could remember every inch of my body.

'Thank you. You don't look bad yourself.' It was true. He was wearing a black suit which made his muscels very visible. His gorgeous brown hair was formed in a quiff.

'Ready to go?' He held his arm out gesturing for me to take it.

'Not yet.' Instead of taking his arm and walking outside I took his arm, pulled him inside and shut the door. Luckily my dad was still at work so he wasn't going to interrupt us.

'Is everything okay?' He asked worried.

'Yeah, everything's fine.' I lied as i dragged him to the living room.

'Why don't you have a seat? I'll be ready in a few minutes.' Without waiting for an answer I left him in the living room and walked through the kitchen door. A few seconds I leaned against the kitchen door reading the text in my mind again. How did he know about the date? And why did he even text me about it? It was probably my dad who told Anne, Harry's mum, and she told Harry. Great. Should I text him back? I was suprised he still had my number cause I thought it had been replaced with Beyonce's or something. I took my phone out and hold my thumbs above the keyboard ready to type a message. Then all the anger came back to me and I just deleted the text. I looked up from my phone and took a deep breath trying to make my hand stop shaking. That's when I saw it. On the counter was lying today's newspaper which wasn't something out of the ordinary, but the article was. There was also a photo with the article and even from a distance, I recognized the brown curls. Slowly I walked over to it not knowing what to expect. A note from my dad was covering half the article, title and picture and it said:

look what was in the newspaper today.

I had this unpleasant feeling because I knew who the boy was and I recognised the glass windows from the shop. Still, I needed a confirmation so I revealed the picture by removing the note. There it was. A picture of me yelling to the famous Harry Styles with him looking frightened. 30 people were looking at us and even though you couldn't see it, i still remember all the camera's flashing and everyone was silent. All I could do was stare at it and think 'is this really happening?'. I was feeling lightheaded which always happened when I was in shock. After a few seconds just gazing at the picture I finally managed to read the headline:

Mistery girl and womanizer Harry Styles' public fight.

I had totally forgotten about my outburst saturday when I accidentally bumped into him. Oh shit. Shit. Shit. Everyone will know about it! This is so embarrassing! Had he already seen it? I felt a lump form in my throat. Why was I so damn emotional about this? Hopefully Finn hasn't seen it. FINN!! I jogged back to the living room feeling guilty because I left him waiting for me.

'Finn I'm so sorry I made you wait.'

'It's fine. You're worth it.' He smiled and I felt my head become a bright red. 'Ready to go?' He held his arm out again and this time I took it. Together we walked outside and he held the door for me open as I got in the car. A real gentleman.

'Where are we actually going?' We were already driving for 10 minutes and I was starting to become very curious.

'You'll see.' He grinned and dropped his left eye in a wink.

After another 5 minute drive I saw the beach and he finally announced we were there. It was winter and freezing outside and he was taking me to the beach?! Didn't see that one coming.

He had found a parking space and we both got out of the car. As soon as I felt the ice cold wind on my bare legs and face, I shivered.

'You won't be cold for very long anymore.' He smiled. We turned around the corner and there was the biggest boat I had ever seen.

'I hope you don't get seasick.' He grinned. I didn't quite understand what we were going to do so he explained while we walked to the boat and got on it.

It was originally a cruise ship but a few years ago they decided it was too old for sailing, so they made it into a restaurant. It was possible to sit inside the ship but also on the deck even in winter. You won't get cold because the deck was surrounded by glass walls and heated very well, so you could still see the ocean. He didn't know how they did it, but it worked.

We were already on the ship standing in front of a man in a tux, when he stopped explaining.

'Ah mister Smith, your table is already set.' The decent looking man said friendly. His last name is Smith?! Finn freaking Smith?! The name just screams perfection! But i thought it was an american last name? Oh well. The waiter opened the glass door for us and walked us to our table. The restaurant looked so chic and expensive. There were lusters on the ceiling and candles on the round tables. I'm not joking if I say that it looked like the titanic.

'Finn this is perfect.' I said when we finally sat down.

'Yeah i knew you were going to love it.' He smiled.

'Love it? Finn this is more than I could ever ask for.'

The waiter came to take our order and we both ordered the lobster. I had never tried it because the restaurants i had ever been to didn't serve it, but Finn took it so I just went along. Everything was going so well and I hadn't thought about the text or the newspaper article once. Finn made me laugh and he was such a fascinating person. He actually did things with his life like travelling, volunteering, writing poetry,.. Most guys of my age play video games and chase after girls. He was too perfect to be true. But then, as we were eating our lobster, my heart skipped a beat for the third time this evening.
