You Changed My Life

Chapter 2

*Present time*

Allison's POV

I woke up in a puddle of sweat. I always had these dreams when my dad use to beat my mum and I. I look at my phone it read 7:45 a.m.

"Shit" I mumbled

I got out of bed and went running to the bathroom. I put my hair in a messy bun. I look into the mirror I look like a troll. I washed my face an put on bronzed and eyeliner. I went to get dressed I put on my Starbucks's shirt with blue skinny jeans and black converses. I didn't even bother eating breakfast I went running to my car. I start backing out of my flat's driveway. Thank god my flat is only 3 blocks away. I speed walked to Starbucks while throwing my hair in a perfectly nice bun. I went behind the counter and signed in. I walked back again to the counter and greeted my co-worker Ian.

"Hey Ian"

"Sup Allison"

"Nothing much and you"

"Just serving a customer" he while flashing a smile and handing someone their coffee.

"Ok well I got to get to work see you later"

"Bye"

I liked Ian but as a friend. He's been my friend since I started working in Starbucks. Since that we've been very close friends. He's funny,lovable, sometimes annoying but a nice guy to be around with. He's like like a brother to me that's how our relationship has gotten past these 2 years. At work it was starting to get boring so I decided to bother Ian.

"Ian I'm bored" I whined.

"Well there's this thing you can do and it's called work" he said sarcastically.

"But I don't want to do work" I whined again.

"Well when I have break do you wanna grab a bite?"

"Sure" I chirped happily.

I went with Ian to go eat. We went to my favorite resturant which is Nando's and its the best. I ordered a salad and Ian ordered chicken. We went back to work and Ian and I only 2 hours left before we would leave. Just as i finish serving the last costumer I was ready to leave. I went to sign myself out and then came in Ian who looked exhausted. We both walked to our own cars and exchange our goodbyes. I was home I really wasn't in the mood for eating and I was exhausted as well. So I just need going to sleep.

I'm really sorry about this suckish chapter. I had really bad writer's block and tomorrow is the last day of finals not only but this is the last week of school so yippie!!!! And that means I get to update at least everyday. PLEASE GUYS VOTE,COMMENT AND SHARE!!!
