My brace comes off today! I hated that thing. It was a real pain trying to sleep with that on. So, I'm pretty stoked. I walked down to the Hospital Wing after breakfast. Madam Pomfrey found me and took off my brace. It felt amazing. I could actually breathe. I walked down the hall with a little skip in my step, feeling so much better. I found Oliver talking to his friends. I decided to sneak up on him. I walked closer, then jumped on his back and kissed his cheek. "Ahh! What?!" We fell to the floor and couldn't keep in our laughter. Oliver got up and offered me a hand.
"What was that for?"
"What, I can't have some fun?" I said with a smirk. He chuckled and grabbed hips, pulling me closer. He gave me a sweet kiss on the lips. "Love you, m'lady."
"Love you too Oliver." Then, there were screams coming from the Great Hall. Oliver looked at me and we ran over. People were running out of the hall, down to the dormitories. I looked up and saw an o-so familiar face. Stephen. He had some people with him, but they weren't students. They were older. They started shooting little fireballs around the room, lighting things on fire. Oliver turned to me. "You have to get out of here. Get to the common room."
"No Oliver, you can't go in there alone."
"There are others in there also, I'll be fine."
"No Oliver, please. I can't loose you again. It felt like hell without you here. Oliver, please don't."
He grabbed my head and kissed me passionately. "I love you so much, and I'll be fine. Just go!" I ran down to the common room with Angelina. I sat in the corner of the room, away from the others. I fiddled with the necklace around my neck, the same one Oliver gave me last year. I never took it off. I felt the tears come on. I needed him here, sitting next to me. I can't go on in life if he isn't here next to me. Professor McGonagall walked in. "Ms. Pine, come with me." Her voice had a sad tone. That got me worried. What happened in there?
