"Dick listen to me-" Barbara said.
"No, Babs he......that monster.......has hurt too many people. He is an evil creature who controls people's thoughts. He and his minions, tried to send you to the reach, to be disecteded, to see if you had a meta gene. He does not deserve to live." Barbara reached over and gently pulled off Nightwing's mask.
"I know what he did, and I know you only worry about me because you love me but Dick every time I get a bruise you can not give someone a broken bone. Every time I get a scratch you can't dislocate a shoulder." Barbara cupped his face with her hand. "Every time I get hurt you can not want someone dead."
DIck laid his head anginst Barbara' chest and Barbara ran her fingers through his jet black hair. "Don't get hurt anymore Babs."
"I'll try my best Pixie Boots."
"Babs"
"What?"
"I love you."
Barbara smiled, "I love you too, Dick. I love you too."
