Can we just take a moment to appreciate how amazing Niall looks in this picture like GOsH...
Carry on..Chapter 5
"I'm not going in your room." I argue with her. She looks at me with puppy eyes pleading for me to go inside. "Nothing could go wrong!" She huffs.
"Oh nothing could go wrong! I could think about a million things that could go wrong! Your dad coming home and finding me in your room!"
"My dad trusts and believes me. Don't worry." No absolutely not. I will not watch Netflix and eat popcorn with her.
I should actually should be heading home. Also, her dad has been gone for an hour already."Shouldn't your dad be back by now?" She follows me downstairs and I sit in the opposite couch from her. "No. He usually goes out of town to get the food. Just because he says that the old women over there flirt with him and he gets things cheaper." She rolls her eyes and I laugh.
"Is he still going to take me home? Or I can just walk. It doesn't matter to me. As long as you're in the car if he takes me. Please." She giggles.
"He's not scary Niall. He's just very protective when it comes to me and Macy." I guess that's understandable."That's not going to change how scary he is to me." She just laughs.
"Do you what anything to drink or eat? We have soda and water in the freezer and chips in the cabinet."
"Yeah sure." I get up and follow her to the kitchen.
"So you're like, rich?" I felt it was the need to ask her. She grabs a bag of potato chips and holds it up asking if I want them and I nod.
"I'm not rich. My dad is. And I don't like that word."
"Why is that?"
"Well because, people have brainwashed others and say that they're dishonest and lucky. They think that money makes you happy. None of that's true!" She gets two cups out and pours soda.
"So, you aren't happy?" That makes me sad. She just shrugs. "Yeah of course! I have a roof over my head and my dad puts food on my table. A bed to sleep in. And I have friends that love me!""I'm not sure about that last part."
She throws a chip at me. "I'm kidding! Of course we love you. Though we just met you today and know absolutely nothing about you..." I raise an eyebrow.
"Yeah. This is definitely new." I laugh.
"I'm awesome. Admit it."
"Not yet!"We talk for about thirty more minutes straight about absolutely nothing in her living. I think I'm growing very use to her. Like, I can just be myself around her when I want to. I can around the boys but around the girl, I'm all tensed up and I just have to talk all stupid.
But Spencer is something different. I don't have to be stupid around her. I don't have to do that stuff. That feeling is just amazing! She's just amazing!"Do you think I can come by tomorrow?" I ask.
"Yeah of course."
"Great. Will you be busy after school?"
"Actually, I'm going to the dentist so I won't be at school. As much as I would like to miss the dentist I can't go to school. I'm getting my wisdom teeth out. If I take care of it well, I'll recover in 5-7 days. So I'll be missing Friday, Monday and Tuesday." She frowns.
"I'll go with you tomorrow?" I suggest. We don't do much work anyway.
"I appreciate it Niall. Don't get offended when I say this, but you're crazy! Your parents will not allow it!"
"No I'll convince them. Don't worry I'm going." I want to go. I've seen videos on YouTube and Instagram of people getting them out and I couldn't stop laughing. To see her getting them out, this would just be hilarious!
