What you do to me (A g-eazy Fanfiction)

Ouch.

"What are you doing here?" I ask trying not to show that I'm scared.
"Well sense you haven't been responding to my texts nor phone calls I was worried, and I just knew you had to be here because all your things are gone, see I was hoping you would come and get them but when I would be around so I could to try to fix things between us." He said.
"I don't want anything to do with you Steven just leave." I said.
"No." He said and that's when he came closer and with each step he took towards me I took a step back. He reeked of alcohol which frightened me even more. I eventually walked all the way up to the wall and he put his arms by my sides to keep me from going anywhere. He put his hand on my throat and I gulped. His hand was pushing my neck back to the point where I couldn't breath I put my hands on his arm to try to move it but that was useless. I kicked him in the balls hoping it would give me time to run but instead he punched me the hardest I've even been punched I was still being choked and on top of that I was being hit multiple times in my face. He then moved to my stomach and started punching my sides and ribs. He let me fall to the ground. And that's when I heard the door open I could see who it was because my head was facing the other way and it hurt too much to move.
"Hey you get the fuck away from her!" I could recognize that voice from anywhere it was Gerald. I still couldn't move but all I heard was someone punching another person and I prayed it wasn't Gerald getting hurt. All of a sudden I felt sleepy I couldn't stay awake I saw black at the corners of my eyes but it became more and before I knew it I was blacked out.

I woke up to a bright room and a beeping sound. I look around and see that I'm in a hospital. How did I get here? Where's Gerald? Where's Steven? Is Gerald okay? All these questions running through my mind. I find the remote to call for the nurse as soon as I press it a nurse comes in, she had blonde with dark brown eyes.
"You're awake are you feeling any pain?" She asks.
"Where's Gerald?" I ask ignoring her question.
"He went to use the bathroom but he'll be back don't worry. Now are you feeling any pain? Can I get you some water?" She asks again.
"A little bit and no I'm okay thank you." I say.
"I'll get you some more morphine be right back." She said and went out.
I look at my stomach but it has a bunch of padding over it I touch my face and feel it kinda swollen.
"Dev oh my god are you okay?! Please tell me you are God I so was worried about you!" Gerald says.
"I'm okay but what happened all I could remember is that Steven was hitting me." I say.
"Don't worry I got him back for that he's in jail right now I called the cops on him after I beat him up for what he did to you." Gerald explained.
I was staring at him trying to process everything and that's when the nurse came in.
"Okay I'm back I got you some more morphine for the pain it will make you sleepy but that's good for now you need to rest." She said.
"Thank you." I say and she nodded.
"Wait are you okay?" I ask Gerald.
"Yeah don't worry about me babe focus on getting better right now." He said.
