At the end of his long life, The Doctor goes to the library one more time. He uploads himself into the database so he and river can be together, timelines in sync, forever.
A/N: What if all those companions he had, he would get them and travel back in time before the day they die and uploads them all in the library and then one last bow, like all his other selves, he uploads himself in there too, so he could be with them forever.
