Chapter 16 - It's not over

- Dante's Pov

(A/N been about 2 months)

Earlier me and my crew set up our business plans , and it feels good to know im doing something in my life. "Baby where we going?" Bre asked. "It's a surprise" I said. She breathed loudly and ij ust smiled. Its gonnna be worth the wait trust me.

 We were outside her mama's house and Bre just lost it she ran inside and embraced her mom. "Hey " I told her mamma while hugging her. We al sat down and caught up , but we started talking bout something I knew was coming

B. Mama - when ya'll gone give me some grandbabies?

Bre - Soon Mama

B. Mama - I hope so

Bre -Ima have my own hair salon mama

B.Mama - Aww I always knew my baby could do some hair

After we ate , and everything we left. We was driving but someone was behind us bumping the car , I looked in the rearview mirror and saw a black audi. "Baby hol on" I told Bre going faster. I knew she was scared but I couldn't worry about that I needed to worry about our safety. They hit us again "Shit" Bre said. I tried speeding up but my car swerved. I hit my head and blacked out.

-Bre's Pov

Dante was knocked out and I knew the people would be coming soon. My first instinct was to cry , but I had to stay strong."Baby I got you" I whispered getting on Dante's lap. I pushed the seat back a lil so I could really drive. Before the car could really catch up I hit the gas and was on my way to . shit I don't even know where to go. Using the phone In the car I called Raheem."Word" he said "Raheem I don't know what to do someones behind us and they wanna kill us Dante's knocked out and I don't know where to go" I cryed. "Bre calm down what car Is it" he asked . I glanced back "A black audi" I cryed. "What street ya'll on?" he asked. "I'm going on 23rd" I cryed. "Go to my house lead him here me and truth here " he said I said okay

I was so in the drive-way honking. The person in the black audi had got out the car and was heading to our car. I was so scared until "Boom" Raheem shot him in his leg. I didn't recognize the guy at all , and right now im to scared to even care. Truth came and got Dante's body he was still out cold. I went inside so shook up . "Come on baby" Lala said to me She got me some hot tea and rubbed my back. 'I aint never been in this type of shit" I said to her. "I know baby but we gotta be strong. we married to these streets to" she said

-Raheems Pov

Truth pulled the guy i shot inside and into the living room. I went to go check on my boy. As i stepped closer to car he was getting more consious. "Bre" he said. "Nah its me come inside dawg" i said helping him inside. By now i was furious , thought we was through with this fighting shit. "Who you work for" i heard Truth ask dude. The guy was short but well built , and seemed to be smart. He smiled and shook his head "Nobody" he said. Truth kicked his wound , and asked one more time. "The shit wasnt over it was just the begining" he said. Dante stood up , "You fucking with my family tell me who you work with" Dante said. The guy laughed "That's your problem ya'll put your girls out in the open ya'll dont them from this lifestyle" he said still with a smirk on his face. Dante lost took Truth's gun. "Dante" i said. Dante stormed out and i couldnt blame him. The guy laughed nad i was getting irrated with his prescence."We gonna ask you one more time who you working for" i said looking in his eyes. Then the shit hit me. "Angelos cousin" Truth said as if reading my mind..... The guy laughed and then we heard Dante from the other room "It's a set up". The guy was laughing but i was panicking. "Nice house you got" he said. "Shit lessgo get everybody out leave his ass here" i said grabbing Lala and running out the house.

Soon as all of us was outside the house caught on fire another time i was so close to death. Mann , i cant do this shit for to much longer
