We're backstage and I feel like dying. I'm so exhausted, everything is so tiring. You would think it's hectic and you would think the boys were stressing out, but it's the complete opposite. Everyone is chilled and having fun.
"You should eat something, you're welcome to anything," Harry said before kissing my cheek.
I shrugged. Why is he kissing me?
"How about you, Chloe? You want anything? We have a lot," Harry offered.
Chloe is playing ping pong with Niall. She sucks at ping pong from what I can see, but she seemed to be having fun.
"No I'm fine," Chloe responded. "Damn it!"
Niall had beat her again. He fell into a laughing fit and she did so the same. They started again.
"Are you okay? You don't look too happy," Harry asked with his hands on my shoulders.
"I'm fine."
I heard a familiar thick accent. I heard my name being called over and over again. I turned and it was Violet trying to run towards me. She ran up and hugged me. I've never seen a pregnant woman run until now.
"Hey!"
"Hi," I muttered while letting her hug me.
She broke apart. "Look at me tummy, eh? Gettin' quite big, mmh?"
I nodded. "Yeah."
"Hey Vi," Harry greeted.
"Hello 'Arry," she smiled at him and then looked back at me. "C'mon let's go hang wit' the girlies."
She grabbed my arm and waved goodbye to Harry. We walked to the dressing room. There sat Louis, Lottie, Lou, and some other women and guys I weren't familiar with.
"Hey!" Lou smiled at me.
I waved.
"Welcome to backstage, the place where we have sick conversations and crap games," Louis joked.
I stayed silent.
Violet led me towards the food table. "Eat something."
"I'm not hungry," I said.
"Yes you are," she said.
I know I'm hungry, but how does she know? I'm almost starved to death, but how does Violet even sense that I'm about to die from hunger? I grabbed a plate and got some food. She did as well and we sat at the tables. A lot of people were eating and having a good time, I don't want to be a party pooper.
But that's just who I am. I sighed and only stared at the food. I'm too exhausted to eat. I'm too exhausted to even be here.
"You have a twitter I see?" Violet joked.
"Chloe insisted," I muttered.
"Whats your username?" Violet asked.
"Blue Girl," I mumbled.
"Followed, now follow back," Violet chuckled.
I did so. On the feed, I saw pictures of me, Harry, and Chloe taken by paparazzi. I don't want pictures of me distributed throughout the public. I frowned.
"Don't mind th' paps," Violet said. "They're asses."
"I hate the attention," I sighed.
"Well, yah dating 'Arry so that'll happen!" She frowned. "Yah still 'ave ah private life, yah? Hell, 'Arry's prob' one of tha most privy celeb's ah know!"
I sighed and of my head down.
"Oi, chin up," she smiled. "Don't mind any of it right now. We're here to 'ave fun!"
I nodded and threw mine and Violet's plate in the garbage once she was finished. I didn't eat a bite of it. We went over to the game room and saw Harry and Niall playing against Lottie and Chloe. I saw Lou snapchatting it.
"Oi oi!" Louis cheered. "Let's go Lotts!"
Lottie laughed and so did Chloe. They're around the same age, and they're both in love with makeup. I think Chloe just made a friend. I wonder how that feels? I sat beside Louis who handed me a beer. I declined at first but he made me take it. I took it and threw it in the trash. I said I didn't want any.
"Let's take a selfie, yeah?" Louis said more than asked.
Violet jumped in the selfie at the last minute and they all laughed. This environment, it's so positive and full of joy. I felt out of place. I saw Lou snapchatting Louis and I as we played thumb war. He beat me more times than I beat him since I never won. I didn't want to play in the first place. Lottie and Chloe won the third match of ping pong they played with against Harry and Niall.
"C'mon babe, let's show them how it's done," Harry said motioning me to take Niall's spot since he had to go get dressed.
I frowned.
Louis and Violet started chanting my name. Soon, everyone joined on in that chant. I huffed and stood beside Harry. Chloe and Lottie quit to go do their makeup. Louis and Violet stepped up to the other side of the ping pong table.
"First serve!" Violet called.
"No, we get first serve!" Harry argued.
"Rock paper scissors!" Louis announced.
Harry and Violet did three rounds of rock paper scissors, only to have Violet win all three of them.
I sighed as we started. I don't like games.
...
We ended up winning ping pong. Violet and Louis both were really bad at it. I sucked too, but Harry carried our team to victory. Winning didn't feel good to me, so I didn't care either way.
But soon, they had to all go get ready and dressed. The show is just about to start, and the crowd got louder and louder by the minutes passing. Chloe begged me to let her do my makeup. I had no choice but to let her since I was just sitting with my head down.
"Chloe," Lottie called. "Do you know where my mascara is?"
"You sat it on top of the counter in the glam room," Chloe answered as she applied makeup on my face.
"Thanks love!" Lottie said and went to get it.
Chloe did my makeup with a couple of guys that I didn't know.
"Thank you," said Chloe.
I stayed silent.
She filled in my eyebrows. "For doing this for me. You're the best."
I bit my lip. I hate when people thank me. I'm a nobody. I'm not even worthy enough of being thanked.
"Don't bite your lip! You'll crease my masterpiece," Chloe demanded.
I released my lip from my teeth and felt someone kiss the top of my head and wrap their arms around my shoulders.
Harry stood in front of me and smiled. "Hey beautiful."
He seemed so happy. It hurt me so much to see him so happy with a person like me who won't be here much longer.
