Diet

It's a diet they say,  it's a diet they say, it's a diet they say. Little do they know it's so much more than a "diet", it's Sneaking away to the toilet during dinner so you can flush the food hidden in your sock,  it's going to the toilet before during and after every lesson at school to purge up the calories from a stick of gum. It's staring wistfully at your friends stuffing their faces praying you look like them only for them to tell you it's just a diet. For them to laugh at your diagnosis and calling you fat. It's a diet they say, it's a diet they say,  it's a diet they say. But it's not is it ? It's feeling sick every time you smell food because you've trained your body to gag.  It's wearing the baggest clothes you could possibly wear so no one can see your new perfect figure.  It's your bones aching because you have no nutrients going into your body but you'd rather die then gain the calorie from taking a vitamin tablet. Maybe that's a bit extreme or maybe just maybe it's not a diet.  And maybe instead of insisting " Oh just eat come on its just a diet " You help.  Because it's not just a diet.  It's a lifestyle
