Anything will Do

Wasted nights waiting from some word from you,
I love you I hate you,
Anything will do.
I prayed to a god, one I didn't believe in,
A call, a letter,
Anything will do.

You were my first love, one I'll Always remember,
Touches in the dark and exchanged kisses on my door step, These are the things I miss of you,
Tears hickeys,
anything will do.

But love is fickle,
Flickering smiles turn quick to rage,
arguments turn to bruises in the rain ,
I miss the feeling of your skin,
a touch a smile anything will do.

I miss you in the figurative sense.
But I don't love you I love the idea of you,
the kind gentle soul or murderous villain,
love hate,
anything will do.
