Robbie was the first to know of Spartacus' elven lineage. At first "the blue sports elf" was a nickname making fun of his short stature but he quickly noticed his otherworldly abilities and slight use of magic to help with rescues. Not to mention his incredible hearing abilities being 10x what a human's would be. It is not till the two finally got together did Spartacus show him his pointed ears.
