He loves to call you aru and other cute things because he simply thinks your adorable in every way
Japan
Though he says hes not good at nicknames he actually thought of a nickname for you and it was
"My flower" now just imagine him saying it in japanese and there you go!
Romano
Even though he acts tough and mean on the outside hes a real softie on the inside. He likes to call you ragazza and "beaitiful" but he mostly says the first one more than the second one.
Italy
He just loves to call you bella an other adorable nicknames while you think its so adorable how he thinks them up so quickly while it being such a good nickname.
France
He likes to call you "ma petite fleur" meaning my little flower in french and other things like
"Beautiful" and other things..
Germany
he calls you "mein alles" meaning "my everything" in german and you think its pretty cute how he blushed when he said it for the first time.
Russia
He calls you sunflower since thats his favorite thing since its ususlly cold in russia but he says that your far better than the sunflower.
Spain
He likes to call you chica and "mi amor" as "my love" in spanish and just other things in spanish that i cant think of at the moment
