Okay, I'm working on one and it might not be published in time, so I wanted to make this in replace for now. I realized that first starting it I barely had any ideas so it is rather hard for me. I'm still going to try to finish it before midnight tomorrow to fulfill my promise. I swear, I'm not slacking off!
America
The meme he absolutely loves is Tumblr memes. Even though it may not be an actual meme, he loves them.
Canada
He can't exactly pick a specific type, but he loves all memes.
England
The memelord himself, Spongebob. He absolutely loves Spongebob memes and secretly laughs when you're not around because it's not "gentlemanly."
France
Though he doesn't exactly know much memes, but he does know Pepe memes. He loves Pepe memes, especially those French Pepe memes. He will do anything for that Pepe meme.
Romano
Ironically enough, his favorite meme is the Italian hand memes. Though he won't exactly admit it to anyone, especially you, he'll be alone and constantly look up the meme and laugh hysterically. He thinks that you had no idea, but you knew exactly that his meme is Italian, and that he likes memes.
Italy
He enjoys Pasta memes. He frequently looks at them while eating Pasta as well. He's completely up front about it to you as he has nothing to hide from you. Then one day, "(Y/n)! Look! I have some memes and I think you'll like them!"
Germany
You think that from the outside he looks very formal and tough he'd be the same on the inside. But no, you're wrong. Just like he hides his gay ( in the show, whoops), he hides his obsession with memes. As a example, he loves potato and beer memes, if that even exists in the first place.
China
With such a big obsession with Pandas, his favorite meme is Panda memes of course. But after that, he loves all memes.
Japan
Sadly, he doesn't exactly like memes. Yes, we all know, this is a tragedy. Kiku doesn't actually find the big deal abut memes, but he does love jokes so that's something to save the relationship. Kidding!
Russia
The meme dealer himself, he does every meme. He breathes and lives on memes, and makes a semi living off of his dealings. He keeps this a secret, but his favorite meme is Vladimir Putin memes. He is an absolute slut for memes, no doubt about it.
Spain
This is usually a topic of discussion with Antonio, but he would have to say that his favorite meme is everything. But, the thing is that they need to be in Spanish. Considering this is his native language,he enjoys more this way. Before, he tried showing you a meme but you didn't understand a good 75% of it, which ruined it all for both you and Antonio.

I got my fillings today, still in pain btw, and I think this is just too much. I don't know how and why this got into mind, but I hope you enjoyed this filler scenario until I can finish the main scenario.
