For the most part, you usually call him 'Burger dweeb' and several times you would also call him 'My Hero'.
Canada
You call him 'My little Canadian Maple' and just the simple Mattie.
China
You don't exactly have a nickname for him but on occasions, when he isn't there that is, you call him Yaoi.

Japan
Whenever you want to confuse or slightly annoy him you call him Kiki. But other than that, you don't exactly give him nicknames as his name is already good for you. Meaning, you love his name.
Italy
You don't exactly know why, but you love calling him 'Kitty' with his interest in such animal. You also call him 'Pasta Feli' whenever he eats the food, which is on a day to day basis.
Romano
Most of the nicknames you give him annoy him, though what doesn't annoy him? They're nicknames such as 'Lovi' and 'Mr. Grumpy Pants'. Those are more commonly used, but you also sometimes use Cutie, in which he blushes.
France
You usually just call him 'Francey Pants' and 'Frenchy'. But, you'll sometimes, or rarely call him 'Mr. Pervert'.
Germany
As we all know, he trains every day so you'll sometimes call him 'Trainaholic'. Though, it's not the greatest nickname. But most often, you call him Luddy.
Russia
Not exactly knowing the reason why, you call him 'My Big Teddybear' or 'Teddybear' for short.
Spain
Because of his love for the gods themselves, Churros, you call him 'Churrito'. Though, he loves it when you call him that. You also go with the simple 'Toni'
England
You call him Artie. But, because it's England, you can't just not call him, 'Sir Eyebrows A lot'. In which he will always say that there's nothing wrong with his eyebrows. But no, you agree with him it's just that you can already imagine his eyebrows going off his head. Though, you wouldn't be too surprised.
