Chapter 7: It's Not That Common

Harri POV

I was woken up again by the sound of someone walking around the room but it was 10:30 am. I was woken up by Violet hovering, really she does have a problem but that's what makes Violet, Violet. I sat up , stretched and said "You do know that the cleaner cleans this room every couple of days ." She didn't hear me, at that moment she turned the hover off and said " I apologise for waking you up this is just something I needed to do before we go out, anyway I thought that you wanted to go to shopping before everything closes i suggest you hurry up and get ready." With that I got up from my bed grabbed my underwear , jeans and T-shirt and went In the bathroom to get ready.

When I walk out of the bathroom I was greeted by the sound of Faye swearing at Violet because she was trying to wake her up. I wandered over to her bed with a glass of freezing cold water and tipped it over her head. Her head shot up from her pillow with the most girlyest high pitched scream ever. She hit my left arm It really hurt but I was laughing too much to feel any pain as her reaction was hilarious.

When we were all ready and dressed we made our way down to the shopping centre in town. Violet kept going in every shop that had a sign that said 'SALE' which meant we all had to go inside and check out the latest bargains. While Violet was trying something on in the changing rooms I was having a conversation with Faye until her phone pinged signalling that she had a message. With that she picked up her bag and left the shop with a smile on her face. Which left  me on my own I wondered whether I should follow her or walk around the shop aimlessly waiting for Violet. I decided on following  her because I was a little bit hungry and she's probably making her way to a Mac Donald's knowing Faye. Or at least some sort of fast food restaurant,I hope.

On my way looking for Faye I bumped  into jack who was by chance was going to Mac Donald's himself to meet his friends. We started talking about school and what we were doing and then he asked me "how come you were never at the club yesterday I would expected you would come along with Faye?" I just stared at his beautiful face and replied "I didn't even know that  there was a club to go to around here or that Faye was going to it. But next time I would love to come along, it would be fun to get out of my dorm for a while." He just smiled and said " well there's  going to be a party at the club next time and it going to be better because it will be for my birthday and I'd be happy if you came along, Faye is already coming , so at least you would have someone to keep you company." He said in his thick British accent. I couldn't help but ask " why'd you invite Faye to your birthday party I you two didn't get along." He answered "I didn't invite her but she's Caleb's plus one." I wondered who on earth was Caleb?Because Faye definitely hasn't mentioned him before."And I do like her but I thought it was unfair to include her and not Violet because we all know that Violet doesn't go to parties." At that I nodded it was true Violet doesn't like parties and she thinks it's a waist of study time. "Well thanks for inviting me Jack" I smiled I was genuinely happy that he had invited me to his party and he just gave me a killer smirk. "My pleasure, beautiful." I blushed at his random name which just made his smirk even more wider and even more sexy. Shit.

We both walked down the steps to Mac Donald's laughing because jack had just shown me a video of last night his dancing was terrible. I like how me and Jack aren't afraid to joke around with each other. We stepped in the place with the smell of fries , When we did I could see Faye and a tall blonde guy and a guy with bright red hair. We went over to join them at the table Faye introduced me to the people, I've seen them before but I don't recall their names. With a smile she said gesturing at the blonde guy "this is Caleb Turner"and she gestured towards the other "and this is Finley Hallow" I knew it wasn't anything to get excited about but I couldn't  help but think of my mom when Faye told me Finley's name 'Hallow' I wish I could say that my moms maiden name was very common but it wasn't and the fact that someone I barely knew had the same name slightly bugged me but then Faye looked at me and said"and this is Harri Jenkins" I offered a small smile and everyone there just smiled as tucked into their 'deli of the day' which was crispy chicken and bacon. I texted Violet telling her where we were I bet she's freaking out that were missing she's like a mother sometimes. But I love her just the same.
