Make Me Believe

I left the bus heading back home when I heard someone calling my name. I turned around and saw Bella running towards me.

She hugged me. For a second I almost lost my balance. She pushed me away not too much that or lips almost touched. She pulled away only holding both of my hands. She had laced her fingers with mine.

we started walking and talking to each other.

"I remember you promising me something."She said.

"Well let me show you."I said, stopping in front of my house.

We walked into my house and I pulled her up to my room. She sat down at the edge of my bed waiting for me to give her my wonerful story.

"Here is my promise to you."I said, handing her my stack of papers which was my story.

She read it all she didn't smile or make any reactions. When she was done she laid back and held the stack of papers close to her chest.

I laid back with her. She looked at me and I looked back at her. We gazed at each other I could see her smiling at me.

"I loved it."She said.

"I want to kiss you Bella."I said, wanting to slap myself.

I felt so stupid saying that.

"So, Why don't you?"She said, laying down on her tummy.

I layed down next to her. I leaned in and kissed her she smiled in the kiss.

"Jasper do you believe in the impossibility?"She said.

"Yes. Why?"I asked.

It was an odd question to ask, but I knew there were things in this world even I couldn't explain.

"Jasper I'm going to tell you something, and you may think I'm crazy."She said.

"I would never think your crazy."I said, giving her a kiss on the cheek.

"Before my mom died she used to read me this story every night before bed."She said.

"What was it about?"I said, getting curious.

"It was about a land were you never grow up. It has mermaids, pirates, fairy's, and pikie dust that makes you fly."She said, her eyes gleaming with joy.

"Wait are you talking about Peter Pan?"I said, wondering if maybe she was crazy.

"You know the story."She said.

"Yeah its a children's book."I said.

"Do you believe?"She said.

I thought alot but I had to be honest I didn't believe in a land that doesn't exist.

"Bella I'm sorry but I don't."I said.

Her smile went away she hugged me abd kissed me on the cheek.

"Are you mad at me?"I asked, feeling afraid of her answer.

"No Jasper I just thought your were something better, but I was wrong."She said.

She walked out of the room and I saw her walking past my house. I lost her but not completely I ran after not caring about anything else but her.

I have lost too many things in my life I can't lose the girl. I saw her just as she was about to cross the street. I grabbed her hand spun her around to face me.

We were now face to face. I said one thing that made her smile.

"Make me believe."I said.

She smiled at me and I smiled back at her too.
