Nathan's pov

When Gracie got back I decided not to ask question's about the meeting but instead I asked her about my mum.

"Does my mum know Jess and I are alright?" I ask. She thought and then shook her head.

"I should probably call her shouldn't I?" She asks. I nod.

"Yes please." I said. She grabs her phone and starts to call mum. I hear her talking and she smiles.

"Okay Mrs. Sykes. I'll tell him, and we will come to your house for a late christmas soon." She said.

"Alright, bye." She said and hung up.

"All good?" I ask munching on a sandwich. She nods and takes a sip out of a water bottle.

"So we are taking over as alpha and Luna in July. Are we ready?" She asks sitting down on the bed. I move closer to her and pull her onto my lap.

"We'll be ready." I promised.

"You don't know that for sure though." She said.

"Your one of the strongest girls I know, we can do this."

"As long as your with me, I'll be alright." She said snuggling into me.

"Cuddle bug." I said grinning.

"Hmmm?" She asks looking at me.

"Your quite cuddly." She laughs and shrugs.

"I just love your hugs and being in your arms." She says kissing me on my neck. I hug her tighter to me. She rests her head on my chest and sighs.

"When can I leave?" I ask.

"Not really sure. I think when your stable enough." She said.

"Okay, is Alexandria here?" I ask.

"Want me to go and find her?" She asks. I nod.

"Yes please." She runs off and then comes back with Alexandria.

"Alpha.." She squeals and runs to me. I lift her up and hug her tightly.

"Hey sweetheart." I said kissing her forehead.

"Is that your mate?" She asks pointing to Gracie. I nod.

"She's weally pwetty." She whispers. I laugh.

"She sure is." Gracie turns to look at us.

"What?" She asks smiling.

"Nothing." I said holding Alexandria in my lap.

"I said your weally pwetty." Alexandria said again. Gracie blushes.

"Aww.. Your really sweet, thank you." Gracie says kissing Alexandria on the head.

"I need to walk around." I admitted. She nods and grabs Alexandria.

"Let's go and see Sean and Jess." Gracie says and kisses me. I smile and watch them leave. I grab my phone and call the boys.

"Hey, I know which day we should have her party." I said.

"What day?" Jay asks.

"The 30th." I say.

"Perfect, I'll get the girls to take Gracie out shopping." Tom said.

"Awesome, are we gonna have it at the house?" I ask. They nod.

"Of course, it's big enough. Just rest and then enjoy the time with everyone in your pack. We'll see you in three days." Max said.

"Okay lads. Bye." I said and hung up. I got up and started to walk around. A wounded fighter was laying on a bed. I walked up to him and shook his hand.
