"Okay so I will allow him to be commander of this sector so in 6 months time when we have the leader meeting, he will come and be away from everyone so it will be the perfect chance to kill him and we can just say that leaf ninja killed him!" I told konan.

Naruto's POV:
I was sat with Itachi in our bedroom as we were talking when yahiko came in and said "can you come with me naruto?!" Not really asking,
More telling if anything!
".....okay?!?" As I got up and left the room. We walked into the main office for the leaders work space.
"As you would already know that sasori is the commander of this unit...?!?" He started saying.
"Yeah..."
"I'm going to be promoting you to commander! You showed great skills in our fight and it would be great to get a different view on the villages in our strategy meetings!"
"..ummmm okay!" I agreed with him and was told that this was now my work space.
He then left the room to inform sasori of his demotion. I then left shortly after to tell Itachi the exciting news.

I rushed to our room to see that Itachi hadn't moved since I left. "Itachi!!!!! I'm commander!"
"Really?!?......" And he continued talking until he got to the end "...something feels strange, someone's up to something!"
"Huh?" I asked him.
"Think about it, why would they let a newbie who they just attacked a few hours ago be the commander?!? Something is up?"
