There wasn't a ceremony or party, they just let me keep itachi's slightly oversized coat and a ring that was identical to itachi's. They also gave me a room in this hideout but I chose not to sleep there as I wanted to stay close to Itachi....

"Hey! I can do this.....this will be easy!" Letting my nerves get the better of me to become cocky and lied to them.
"Is that good enough for you?" Itachi asked.
"Fine! Just go!" As kisame shoved us out the door into the stormy weather.
