Chapter 11: The Sleepover

Mabel's POV
Pacifica was late but we had fun. First we sung along with all our favorite songs then we ate a bunch of snacks. Then we dumped a bunch of moldy cheese on Matthew. That was funny. Then Cady and Cara said he needed a shower. He did and then we all went to the game room.
It was divided into two parts. Half was covered with flowers and blue paint.
The other half was covered in blood red paint and had video game posters. The blue part had sleeping bags on the floor and a bunch beauty products.
Matthew went over to the game part of the room and started playing video games.
We did make overs. I think we all ended up looking amazing.
"Hey lets play truth or dare!" Cara said.
"Ok, but Matthew has to leave." I said.
"Fine." he grumbled. I assumed he went down stairs and started watching TV because the volume was turned up loud.
"Pacifica, truth or dare?" I asked.
"Dare." she said confidently.
"Ok I dare you to dye your hair purple." I said. She gasped. We did it and she loved it.
"Cady, truth or dare?" Cara asked.
"Truth." Cady said shyly.
"Ok-" she said before I whispered 'that she should ask her who she likes.'
"Who do you like?" Cara said doing the evil smile I love to do.
Cadence POV
"Who do you like?" Cara asked with a sly smile.
I can't tell them they're going to laugh at me.
"Ug, you have to promise not to laugh!" I said.
"We promise!" Mabel said sounding very understanding.
"I like... Dipper." I muttered. Pacifica's eyes widened. Cara and Mabel were bouncing up and down and I put my head in my hands. This was humiliating.
I heard the door bell ring and shouted "I'll get it." I ran down stairs and opened the door. It was Dipper. I bit my lip and he looked around me. I looked down at my hands. I was invisible.
Please freeze time anyone.
Time froze.
"Yes!" I yelled. I took the stuff he had in his hand. It looked like Mabel's phone and scrapbook. I put it down on the table and wrote a note.
Hey Dips,
It's me, Cady. I didn't really want to talk to you. (Sorry) I also wasn't going to let Mabel answer the door. (I have my reasons :3)I took the stuff and I'll give it to Mabel. I hope you like how I put this in your hat ;P I want to forgive you but you really hurt me. Sorry I didn't have the heart to face you,
Cady
I went out and picked up Dipper's hat. I saw little markings on Dipper's forehead. It was the Big Dipper. He had a birthmark of the Big Dipper.
"So that's how he got his nickname." I said aloud. I added a little extra to the note.
P.S. I know about your birthmark (I think that's what it is) Also I froze time so don't freak out.
I put my note in his hat. I unfroze time. I had my hands over the door.
"Hey Cady who was at the door?" Mabel asked.
"No one it was just a drop off." I said.
"Here is your stuff." I continued.
"Thanks?" she questioned. I sighed. I hated the fact that I had to lie, especially to Mabel.
"Hey lets get back to the game room." I said.
Dipper POV
I blinked. I looked down at my hands to see nothing there. I felt an extra weight on my head and picked up my hat. A note fell down. I read it in my head.
What the heck? This has to be a new thing. That's it I am ringing the doorbell again.
I rung the doorbell. A boy who looked about 2 years younger then me answered.
"Hey, can I talk to Cady?" I asked.
"Nope. You can't bother her sleep over." he said.
"Ok, I guess I'll just go play video games or something." I said, muttering that last part.
"What game are you going to play?" he asked.
"I don't know, maybe blackout 4." I said.
"Dude have you passed level 6?" the boy continued hopeful.
"Um...Yea." I said.
"Oh my gosh dude you got to help me pass it." he said.
"Ok." I said smiling. He invited me inside and said his name was Matthew. He brought me to a room separated into 2 parts.
1 part was super girly and the other was plastered with video game posters.
I looked over at the girly side to see sleeping bags in a circle. Mabel, that girl who I think is Cara, and Pacifica were giggling. Cady was laying down with a pillow over her head.
Matthew sat down on a couch and I did the same.
"Can you guys shut up?" I heard Cady say. It got quite once the TV turned on.
Cadence POV
  We all looked over at the sudden noise of the TV. I think we all recognized the blue hat. I felt my cheeks heat up. Cara saw this and said,
"Hey Matthew can you show Mabel, Pacifica, and I to the kitchen? I forgot where it was."
I gave her the drop dead look and she mouthed 'you'll thank me later.' If she wasn't my sister she'd be in a ditch right now.
"Sure but I won't show you again. You've been here for 4 days." Matthew said, pausing his video game. Dipper and I turned and watched them leave.
"Hey," Dipper said, walking over to me.
God no. God no. God no.
"Hey Dip." I said quietly.
"About what happened I'm sorry. Your dad put me through stuff I don't want to do again." He said.
"I'm sorry too." I said.
"What? You have nothing to be sorry for." he whispered putting a strand of hair behind my year. I felt my cheeks get warmer, why?
"I over reacted." I muttered.
"If my sister sided with you then I messed up bad." he said laughing a bit.
"Well I forgive you but please don't ever freak out by that again." I said.
"Deal?" I asked and saw my hands light into flames. I shook it out and held out my hand. He, instead of freaking out, shook my hand. He then griped my hands and I didn't struggle.
We leaned in closer to each other, until our lips met. I could see a little blush on his cheeks because I had my eyes wide open. I was having my first kiss what did you expect.
I closed my eyes and kissed him back. I was enjoying this. We finally broke apart.
"So I guess-" Dipper started, before we heard giggling. We looked over at the door to see a peek of Pacifica's now purple hair. We opened the door to see Pacifica scolding Cara, Matthew, and Mabel.
"You guys can't start laughing at them kissing. You shouldn't be spying on them at all. Man, you leave for the bathroom for a few minutes and you find everyone is being a-" she yelled before Mabel cleared her throat and pointed at the door. She turned around, rubbed the back of her neck, and laughed nervously. I sighed.
I have my first kiss and some one finds a way to ruin that too. Dipper and I didn't know that we were as red as tomatoes. Cara, Mabel, Pacifica, and Matthew started snickering, then giggling, then rolled around on the floor,laughing.

Authors Note: Hay guys I hope you liked this chapter. I had so many ideas it was hard to choose witch one to write. I can't promise an update for the rest of this week but I swear I will have an update next week. Sorry, my family just bought a house and we have to remodel it. My brother is a brat so I have him bugging me constantly for my phone. I don't bring my tablet to school so I can't distract him with that. I am slowly going insane because the music on roblox has the 5 nights at Freddy's theme song that my brother plays non stop. Plus I have a big science project so I am very sidetracked because my partner just moved and is switching schools. I just need some hours that I can sleep on. Lucky for me I have a field trip to the mall and a choir concert. It will be fun. Plus I have 2 weeks until school gets out for winter break. I will be posting then.
