I didn't know what happened to me because I had woken up in a hospital room with a bunch of machines and wires " hey Scar how you feeling" I looked to my right and saw my mother and brother looking tired. I ry moving my mouth but nothing came out " don't try and speak sweetheart you had a very painful fall that could have been fatal" she sounded like she was going to cry but I did my best to carry my hand and drop it on top of her hand reassuring her that I understand and she gave me a smile. "Hello ummm can I come in" all of us turned to the door, a smile found it's way onto my face " Jason, oh you are so sweet" my mother stands and takes the flowers he had and placed them into a vase beside my bed " oh I didn't know you had waken up" I muster a nod " she barely woke up so she can't fully communicate yet" my brother informs Jason " I think we should give you two some time together because it's been at least four days since the accident" my mother tells us and signals to my brother to follow her, Jason smiles and sits in the chair my mother had sat in " so yeah you have been asleep for for days and I can't tell you enough how sorry I am Scarlet" he gives me this look and of course I couldn't talk but that didn't stop me " I...it...it's not...y...yo..your f....fault" I croak out " it was if I just left you alone this wouldn't have happened" tears left his eyes. Me and Jason talked for a long while till the doctor came in and gave me my meds and I fell asleep once again
It's been a month since I was let out of the hospital and since then I have gone back to school and I got an apology from Brittany for everything she did to me, Jason, me and Justin made up and became friends. " Scar how have you and Jason been if you know what I mean" Daniella said nudging my arm " no Daniella I have nothing to say about it" I get up from the lunch table and walk out of the cafeteria, I ran into Jason who just ignored me and kept walking " hey Jason baby wait for me" a girl with brown hair and green eyes came in and wrapped her arm around Jason's. Now let me explain why Jason and me aren't talking like we used to, you see after we talked to Justin I told Jason my feelings and he proved me wrong. Jason laughed at my confession and threw it back into my face, back at school he started ignoring me and Brittany who actually started hanging out with me and Daniella at lunch, but anyways this new girl started coming to school and ended up hooking up with Jason and the way he treated me it really hurt. But back to reality I walked in my math class and sat at my seat waiting for class to start " oh look who's here early" Tracy walks in, that's the new girl, " what do you want Tracy" she giggles " oh come on can't I see the girl who stole my boyfriend's heart" I roll my eyes "look if you don't want to end up in a hospital then you will stay away from Jason, you got that" I was surprised at the sudden change in atmosphere, hmm this seems familiar.... I wonder why. Oh yeah that's what Brittany did. I look back at the window as she took her seat, other started trickling in until the bell rang.
After school I stayed at the school for a little while hanging with Daniella, Justin and our new friend Brittany. Okay before I get yelled at after she apologized to me she started hanging out with us and it turns out we have a lot of the same interests. So anyways we just stood in 5he courtyard talking " okay I swear I have really bad luck" I get my friends attention " so after lunch I went and sat in my class and Tracy came up to me and threatened to hurt me if I went near her boyfriend... sound familiar" we looked to Brittany " hey I don't even know the girl and I never hanged out with her so don't look at me" she argued " well then she doesn't like you because she heard what happened to you two before thanksgiving break" Daniella said. Oh also need to mention that we only have three weeks left till Christmas break, but yes thanksgiving happened and there was nothing to say: dinner with relatives, adults drinking, gossip about people who were not there. You know the normal stuff. " well I'm just glad I don't have to deal with Jason causing things to become worse with me and her" everyone nodded " so did you not need to pick Jesse up from school" Daniella asked " yeah my mom said she would pick him up besides I need to stay for photography" I grabbed my back and started to walk off " oh yeah you are going to be starting that huh" I heard Brittany mention. So I entered the class and the advisor was there " ah there you are I was worried you forgot" Mr. Stanley called from his desk " no I just need to grab my camera and head down to the field" he nods and grabbing my camera I make my way to the field. The soccer and track guys were practicing " hey, you must be Scarlet the student who will be taking photos of the boys practicing" I nod as I take a few pics of the guys near me, I made my way toward the soccer goal to get a shot of the goalie " hey Scarlet what are you doing here" I react to the guy who called me " oh hey Caine I didn't know you played soccer" I reply. Caine is in my reading class along with him, but Caine sits next to me and he's pretty nice " so what are you doing out here" he asks again " well I'm part of the photography club so yeah" I hold up the camera "Stewarts get your butt on the field" the coach yells " well you have practice and don't mind me okay just taking pics for the website" I give Caine a smile and continue taking pictures. I took photos for about an hour before heading home " Scarlet good you're home can you get your clothes out of the laundry room please" I set my keys on a hook where all the other set of keys hanged " yeah mom I will" I open the door to the basement which we call the laundry room because that's where my mom cleans our clothes so why not. I put my clothes up in the correct drawers and sat on my bed and started doing homework til it was time for dinner. "so Scarlet how was school" mom asks " it was good I had taken some good photos of the soccer practice after school" she gives me 'mmmhmmm' " hey mom I was asked to be point for basketball" she smiles at Jesse " that's great Jess you will do great", we continued to make small talk throughout dinner. I had made my way up to my room and finished my homework and chatted with my friends on an online chat room.

' no he had to do some errand I think'

After a while of talking I got of and got ready to go to bed, but I heard a buzz come from my phone. I picked it up and looked at the message 'hey Scarlet I have been wanting to text you but I haven't had the courage to' the message was from Jason. What does he want?
