Jason reminds Annabeth of Luke. That's why she doesn't trust him. Their hair is nearly the same color, and his eyes had some of the same specks. Even their aura was somewhat the same--they seemed to know that eventually, there would be a monster they couldn't beat.
Yet, instead of loving Jason, like she did Luke, she deemed the son of Jupiter untrustful. She did her best to avoid him, and stayed out of his way.
For that reason, in Blood Of Olympus, when Jason got stabbed, Annabeth freaked. She had become friends with the guy, despite her tries. Annabeth was quietly whispering to herself"Not again, not again. Please fates, no." As she helped out Piper.
I could make this into a one-shot but I'm too lazy to thing of revealing a reason why. Maybe I'll comeback and edit it.
