Jonathan is led down the hall and then forced into some room and roughly sat down in a chair. The bag is removed from his head. He finds himself sitting in front of a table. There is food on it, including fruits and meats and vegetables and the like. He is shocked and a little bewildered. Where is he? What is going on?
"Hello darling," a sweet, sultry and familiar voice speaks to him.
"Tyler Seguin?" he questions, turning in the chair to look at the voice. He brightens up spotting him.
Tyler is smiling and he comes forward. He is dressed like a pampered prince or king. But there is something off about him. Something in his eyes. "There's rabbit and some other stuff that is your favorite."
"You saved me?" Jonathan questions.
"Oh, I've done a lot more than that," Tyler replies. He reaches toward the table and picks up a knife. He gingerly moves and snips the ropes from around Jonathan's wrists. "We have a lot of catching up to do."
Jonathan watches him, cautiously as he smiles and rounds the table and then sits down across from him at the other end.
"Uh..." Jonathan says, at a loss for words.
"Did you miss me, Jonny?" Tyler asks, smiling sweetly.
"Tyler, I have travelled a thousand miles to see you," Jonathan states.
Tyler looks to the side, blushing a little bit.
"I fought bandits and pirates and I stared death in the face at least a dozen times and I did all that to be with the man who chose a fierce and cruel woman over my unconditional love."
Tyler looks at him awkwardly now. He glances past him, to Jamie, who is standing looking around the room. "So....?"
"You crossed my mind, yes." Jonathan picks up his cup and takes a sip of the wine.
"Then why didn't you act happy to see me?" Tyler protests, looking unhappy and saddened.
Jonathan puts the cup back on the table in its spot and leans back in the chair. "To be honest, I don't know how to feel. Patrick told me you wanted me to rescue you. Did you even know I was coming?"
"Well I found out earlier today and as soon as I did, I made a plan for us to be together." Tyler leans over the table, batting his eyelashes at the knight.
Jonathan sighs. "Yeah, well I had a plan as well. we were going to live in a cottage by the sea, we were going to make love, plot a garden, have children. I was going to sing songs about your beauty...your rugged handsomeness..."
"Oh, Jonny..." Tyler sighs, looking longingly at him. "That sounds awful. Look around, I live in a castle and you know what I've learned about myself, I really like stuff...and jokes." He winks to Jamie but Jonathan doesn't catch it.
Jonathan is taken aback by Tyler's honest response to him. "What?"
"I mean, why would I give all this up to grow my own food and all..." Tyler continues to explain with a fake smile. His sweet boyish charm has faded to a facade. No wonder he is different to Jonathan. He has changed.
Jonathan looks down at his feet. He isn't so sure about his love for Tyler anymore. He just doesn't feel the same as he once did, but he can't stop trying to get him back it is just his stubbornity. "So you didn't want me to come?"
Tyler raises an eyebrow at him.
"I should never have trusted Patrick Kane," Jonathan mutters to himself, shaking his head. "How could someone so small, tell such a big lie?"
