Something is bound to happen

Jocelyn POV

Liam and I are best friends and we have a lot in common. I guess you could say I have feelings for him, but it'll never work. He's human and I'm a vampire. He'll die one day and I will have to spend eternity mourning him. Hearing this you should know I was surprised hearing these words come out of Liam's mouth.

"Jocie, I like you and I would like to go on a date with you. I understand if you don't like me, I mean..."

"Liam just stop"

"Huh"

"I like you too" a huge grin appeared on his face.

"But..."

"My least favorite word," he mumbled.

"I'm immortal and you're mortal..." I explained the whole eternity thing to him.

"That's another thing I wanted to talk about."

"What are you talking about Liam?"

"I think we should talk about this with your sister here with us"

"Okay...?" He grabbed my hand and pulled me into the living room. When he touched me sparks went up and down my arms and through my toes, and it felt good.

Liam's POV

I know what you're thinking, 'I thought the boys agreed to not act on that decision? Why is Liam doing this?'

The truth is I can't live without Jocie. Niall can live forever with his love,but what about me. The one I love is immortal too.

"Everybody got your bootays down here!" I yell.

"What is it Liam? What happened." Jill asked. She's been looking after us a whole lot. She thinks that since life is going perfect something is bound to happen.

"We need to talk about something."

"Like what" Niall asks?

"Like our morality." I say pointing at Harry, Louis, and I"

"I thought we agreed to let this go Liam?" Louis asks.

"Yeah but what about me. Niall gets to live forever with the one he loves, whereas I can't." Jocie was just standing there in shock.

" I knew it," Jill shouts, " something was bound to happen!"

" I think you guys should change us." I interrupt her little rant.

"Wait," Louis shouts, " I don't want to be changed. What about Eleanor?"

"Yeah and I haven't even found the one I love yet."

"They're right Liam. Don't do this because of me. I'm not worth it." Jocie says.

"Don't ever say that again. Jocelyn you are worth it."

"But Liam nobody here has the restraint to change you without killing you, and there's a chance we might become a ripper."

"What's a ripper?"

"One of the things vampire diaries got right. It's when a vampire just want to kill humans just to kill them. They'll drain the body then rip them to shreds. The vampire would be completely inhuman. There would be no human characteristic left in its body."

Oh I definitely don't want that. I guess that's the end of this discussion... For now.
