Don't go, Jayden.

Chapter 9

Felicia's P.O.V

I've been doing great this few weeks, especially with my dearest ones. I actually enjoyed this year school holiday. I went out with mom, Alice, Fred and Jayden. Even though Jayden is invisible to other people, I can still see him. It felt great having my crush staying by my side and always there for me.

*Knock knock*

Someone knocked on the door and I rushed to open it. When I opened the door, I saw my dad with a lady.

"Hello there." She greet me. I said Hello back and shake her hand.

My dad disappear for a week, without contact me and my mom. Not even telling us where he go. I would've get angry but now is not the right moment since we have a guest.

"Have a seat." I lured them to the living room, and my dad was just quiet. 

"Honey who is it? I was doing a laundry and-" My mom came from the laundry room and looked shocked.

My dad stood up with the lady beside her, and said "We need to talk."

My mom told me to leave them alone for a moment and make some tea for them, so I excused myself.

"Hey who's that?"Jayden appeared out of nowhere behind me. 

"It was my dad and some lady that I never see before... Stranger."

"She's wearing neat. Too neat, not my taste!" Jayden said jokingly.

"I never asked." I said and laughed by seeing his reaction.

"Fineeeeeeeeee I get it." He pout. Hahaha how cute, I would've pinched his cheeks but I can't.

I'm done with the tea, and bring them to the living room. When I was on my way to the living room, I heard someone arguing loudly at the moment. I hid behind the door and eavesdropping.

"What do you mean? What are you planning Richard!" My mom said to dad. She sounds angry.

"I'm asking for a divorce." 

Wait what? Dad? What do you mean by divorce!?

"But why! I'm not good enough to be your wife? And you'd leave your daughter?! How could y-"

"We're having a kid." The lady said, leaving everyone in speechless.

"I'm planning to stay with her and our kid. That's why I'm asking for a divorce, so that we both can start a new life and you find a better man to stay with."

Why... Dad just why...

"You... You don't love me anymore?" My mom said, with her eyes full of tears she's holding. 

My dad looked down and said "I'm sorry, I've fall for someone else."

*CLACK!*

Everyone got shocked by hearing me dropping the tea by accident. I couldn't think of anything, I don't feel okay now... My heart is literally breaking.

"Felicia, you heard?" My mom asked me.

I couldn't say anything. My dad stood up, came near me and said "Felicia I can explain dear."

I looked at him with my eyes going to burst in to tears, but I just pretend I wasn't going to cry. 

My dad was going to touch me as he try to comfort me, but I smacked his hand.

"Do not touch me." I said angrily. "You don't really love me and mom, you cheated! You're planning to leave at the first place that's why you never came back and now you just appear with a stranger and said that?! You even have a child with someone you're not marry with and was going to leave your own wife! Are we not good enough? We tried our best to be someone special to you and you push it away! You... You're the worse!"

I said it without even thinking. The lady stood up, came near me and slapped me in the face really loud till I fall.

My mom and dad got shocked by the lady's action.

"You... You said that to your biological father proves that you're the worst daughter ever. Your father don't deserve you at all. You have no respect and you should be ashamed." The lady said with a glare. "Why are you even born to be your parent's daughter? Such an ugly stupid daughter."

That words... Hit me for a moment. 

"Hey you! Do not ever say that and don't you dare show your face anymore!" My mom pointed and shouted at the lady.

My dad said "I'm sorry, I hope you'll have a happier life and find someone better."

My mom said "Of course I will! We'll be better and  have a happier life without you for sure."

My dad and the lady left the house, and after they did, my mom said quietly "But I can never find someone to replace you because I've always loved you... It's hard because I've always waited for you to come home too." My mom cried as she fell on her knees.

I couldn't think of anything right now, so I went upstairs and locked myself in the room. I fell on my knees and cried out loud, throwing pillows to the wall to let out my anger. I even hit the wall with my bare hands, imagining that I'm punching something really loud but then a hand stopped me.

Jayden stopped me, holding my arms and looked at me in the eyes. He used his powers again because of me...

"It's okay to let out your emotions, but don't hurt yourself."

Jayden then pulled me and hugged me really tight that I could hear his heart beat, but I feel so much better now. 

"Now, it's okay to cry out loud. I'm here for you. You can scream, cry, or anything right now because no one can hear except me. I'm here, don't worry okay."

I couldn't help but cried out loud in his arms, but he just hugged me and never let me go. Thanks Jayden, I love you.
