Jayden's P.O.V
Yesterday was a bad day for Felicia, it's heartbreaking to see her that way. I felt really sad too, I mean imagine having a family situation like this. I would've killed myself or be depressed for a long time. Felicia seem better now, she smile and all that as if nothing happened. But I know it still hurts, she just know how to hide it. She's a strong girl.
"Jaydieeeee!" Felicia called me with a kid's voice.
"What the hell? Jaydie really?" I facepalm.
Felicia laughed and said " I just feel like calling you Jaydie just now. Anyways I'm going to the convenience store to buy some food. Wanna come?"
Felicia invited me. But I was planning to visit my family so...
"Nevermind, I'm going somewhere else. But will you be fine by your own?" I was concern.
"Yeah I will." She smiled.
I smiled back and said "Take care, see ya!"
"Wait... Jayden y-"
Felicia looked at me with a shocked face.
"What? What's wrong?" I asked.
"You... You were invisible for a moment..."
Wait... What do you mean?
"No, I'm always visible to you..."
"No... You were fading for a moment just now and invisible. I couldn't see you for few seconds.." Felicia looked serious as she said it. I can't believe, what's the meaning of this?
I told Felicia not to worry about it and we both walk separate ways.
I wonder what's happening., I wonder if this means that they already found my body? No... No way.
I arrived at my house and my family was gathering in my room. I wonder what's happening.
Felicia's P.O.V
I was walking to the convenience store, but there's something bothering in my head.
Mom...Dad... and Jayden...
What happened just now? Jayden was invisible for a moment, I was really shocked. It never happened before. Is there any meaning of this?
Wait... Now that I remember
"When they found my body, I'll disappear from your sight. Forever."
Jayden told me that before. Does it mean what happened just now, could it be that... They found Jayden's body? No... Now is not the right time please, Jayden can't leave me... No! Dad left me, and now Jayden?
I quickly buy food and went back home to see Jayden, and asked if he found out about anything just in case since he went out just now.
As I wait outside my house, I saw Jayden came back and he seem to be alright.
"Hey did anything happen today?" I asked.
He gave me a confuse look and said "No? Nothing happened."
Hmm maybe I was just overthinking and scared that Jayden will leave me just like Dad did.
"Okay let's go inside."
I was going inside but Jayden said he'll follow me in a minute, so I went first.
Jayden's P.O.V
What should I do? How should I explain to Felicia? I... I pretended today never happened when actually...
*FLASHBACK*
"They called, they said they found someone's body that looks like Jayden."
"But it's not confirm right? It could be someone else!"
"They said the body seem to be a teenager, and there are only few teenagers on board. All of them were found earlier, except Jayden's."
"They just found it yesterday, and need us to go there to confirm his belongings that he's wearing. If it belongs to Jayden, then it's him."
"We'll go there today to confirm if it's Jayden or not. If it's him, we'll put him in a better place as soon as possible so that our son will be in peace."
*FLASHBACK ENDS*
It could be me, maybe that's why I was invisible for a moment. Felicia, I'm sorry. What should I do?
