Don't go, Jayden.

Chapter 5: Third day

Jayden 's P.O.V

    So after what happened, Felicia asked what happened and all that, I told her everything. Of course she's still shocked about what happened. Yesterday night she lets me stay in her room while she sleep at the living room, I wanted to stop her but she quickly leaves. This morning, she knock the door and said "Good morning." with a smile on her face, as if nothing happened yesterday. But of course I could figure out right away when I look at her eyes. Her face was all pale and she still looks at me with a "Unbelievable" kind of face. 

Felicia's P.O.V

   I still couldn't believe what happened, from now on I'll be living with a ghost or something. It's quite creepy, but knowing the person was my crush, I couldn't say anything. I just couldn't. I do admit, I was really happy to see him again. His smile, his voice, god it feels like he's back alive and it felt like the news about plane crash was all a lie. But I have to accept the fact, he is gone. Just his spirit that's still stuck here in this world. 

"Felicia sweety! We ran out of oil, I can't make cheesy nuggets without it, so can you go buy some at the store?" My mom shouted. 

I quickly get up and get in to my room. I saw Jayden and still surprised to see him. But it felt good looking at him again. I was afraid not seeing him anymore, now I can and I'm happy enough. I said "good morning." with a smile on my face. He said back "Good morning Felicia" with that sweet smile of his.

"So uhm would you mind leaving this room for awhile? I need to wash up and dress up..." I said it with an awkward voice.

He quickly nodded and ran out of my room. I giggled cause somehow I think I saw his face going red. Well what I said was embarrassing anyways. Man maybe I should've say it in other way. Well.

After getting ready for 15min, I quickly went out of my room. I saw Jayden looking at the pics on the wall. 

"Hey Jayden, let's go now." 

All of sudden my mom appeared and said "What did you say again?"

Oh shoot, I totally forgot that my mom couldn't see Jayden. Jayden saying "I'll be out first." and he quickly flew away.  My mom couldn't hear his voice so yeah.

"Uhm no one... I was just practicing to speak alone...?"

That's the lamest excuse I could come up with. But my mom actually believed it while looking at me as if I'm a person with mental problems.

I went out and Jayden was holding his laughter. He said "Pftt that's the LAMMEST excuse I've ever heard! It's like you have mental problems!" He finally let out his laugh. I was just like "Shut up" and walk away. He quickly runs to me and shouted "Hey wait up!". Of course I giggled after that, I couldn't help myself. I can't be mad at someone I like for a long period of time. 

   We arrived at the store, and I bought the oil my mom asked me to buy. "Hey Jayden let's go home n-"

I saw Jayden sitting at the place we used to eat together, right before the plane crash happened. He was looking out while sitting there. I joined and sit with him. He was all silent, I feel like I shouldn't say a word now. I'm pretty sure his mind was all messy and stressed, but still hides it with a smile and playful voice. 

"Felicia." He said my name. "Do you still remember this moment?". I didn't say anything. Of course I remember. It was the best day ever. He looked at me and said "The memory are precious. It was the last time I eat and drink, and ever talk to somebody. Keep the memory with you in case I disappear one day. Hold the memory for me. Cause it mean a lot to me." My tears felt like coming out, but I hold it. "It was great to know that you were the last friend I spend time with before I died."

Don't bring it up now. Please. Just let's be happy now before you really disappear. Let's just cherish our moment before I attend your funeral. 

"Let's go now." Jayden smiled. He quickly stands from his seat. He was going to hold my shoulder as if I were his buddy or something, but when he tried, he couldn't touch me. 

"Oh sorry, I totally forgot who am I. Silly me!" He laughed and walk away. I wanted to cry so badly, looking at how strong he is to hide and hold his sadness, it hurts me. It hurts me to see him smiling while his eyes were teary. 

I quickly ran out of the store and followed Jayden from behind. But somehow, I didn't know why I blurt out...

"Jayden, it's okay. I can see you. I can hear you. Others can't but at least one person could be with you, and the person is me. I'll look at your eyes, I'll greet you with HELLO, I'll smile when you smile. I'll be your soulmate. I'll lend you my shoulder if you cry and I'll always be there for you. So please, cheer up. Don't ever hide anything from me. I can promise you, I'll be your soulmate."

I said it as if I was ready to be a big part of his life. He was speechless. He finally said a word...

"I would run to you and hug you tightly right now, but it's impossible cause I can't touch. But just to let you know, I'm really thankful. Thank you Felicia, you're still amazing."
