The thing approached us, taking smaller and slower steps as it got closer.
Although the light was dim, I could see the creature clearly. It was quite possibly the most disturbing creature I've ever seen.
The first thing I noticed was the way it's body was contorted, in such a way that no human being could ever bend; crawling on all fours with its chest and stomach facing the ceiling. Its head was seemingly twisted all the way upright to stare straight at us.
Next, I noticed its face- well, the little bit of face it had. It seemed as if it had taken a bear claw to its face multiple times. Only one eye remained on its face, as dark and dead as it was, while where the other eye should have been was only a glob of peeing flesh. Where it's nose should be: a hollow.
Dripping from its mouth was what looked like a mixture of saliva and blood, occasionally a little vomit. But also in its mouth, I could vaguely see teeth, but not the type of pointy, shark-like teeth I had expected; but human teeth.
We all stood silently staring at the creature, as it was staring back at us with its one dead eye. The only sounds in that room were those of our heavy, short breaths and the saliva, blood, and vomit mixture dripping-which eventually transformed into pouring- out of the creatures mouth.
Eventually, the creature moved forward, only it was headed straight for the far right, where Jordan stood. It ended up so close to her that I could see the saliva dripping on to her new Nike's.
She stood there frozen, fear and tears welling up in her eyes. She knew it was her turn to go. Jordan had just opened up her mouth to speak as the creature flung up and tackled her down.
"Go!" She shrieked as the creature began to tear into her neck. I felt horrible leaving her to die, but I knew there was no way to save her. I hesitantly started up a run and tried not to look back. Lexi followed, as did the sound of grunting from the creature as he tore my dear friend apart.

HI GUYS I AM SO SORRY I HAVEN'T UPDATED IN MONTHS.
It's just that this has been the busiest summer by far for me. :(
Also, I've been really focusing on my art. By spending all my time on that, I've barely had any time to read or write.
FYI um as I'm typing this my brother is running naked in front of me. -don't worry he's 7-.
Anyway, I might update later today or tomorrow night.
I'm so sorry I kept you guys waiting.
Comment what you think, and vote it you want more!
