AN: SORRY FOR NOT POSTING IN FOREVER... HERE YOU GO! (;

***Nicole’s POV***

As I arrived to the church at ten, I began to help with decorations, setting chairs up, and giving instructions. All I had on my mind was me and Daniel spending the day together. My thought was broken when I heard, “Nicole!” I dragged my tired body up the stairs into her room, “What?”, I asked.  She just stood there and looked up and down my body. “Why aren’t you in your dress yet? Huh?” Damn I had been so busy setting everything up that I didn’t realize I hadn’t gotten in my dress, or put on my makeup, or do my hair. I hesitated answering and got lost and confused from everything running through my mind.  “Um… I was…”, she cut me off before I could even start. “God!! You’re gonna ruin my wedding!” She turned to her sister and continued to rant about me, “See! I knew she would ruin it! Sis, she’s gonna ruin my wedding! Do something!!” Her sister walked over to me and handed me the dress. “Here, just put it on and I’ll try to calm her down.” She spoke to me with a smile. I gave her a smile back and walked slowly out of the room and closed the door behind me.

“God what a bridezilla”, I thought in my head. I rushed over to the restroom and stared at the dress. I had picked out the bridesmaids dresses since Selena didn’t want to help me, cause she was too busy picking out her dress, but I thought the dresses I chose were cute. The dress was an Alfred Sung style D602 yellow daffodil color. It was a little bit above knee length, strapless and made with peau de soie fabric. I threw it on and checked myself in the mirror. I fixed my hair and touched up my make-up. I took one last look at the mirror as I walked out of the restroom, BAM! I tumbled to the ground. I looked up to see Daniel standing over me. “Dang girl, what’s your hurry?” he chuckled.

“Well, one princess is being a bit bossy today” I spoke to him as he helped me up to my feet. I dusted my dress off and noticed Daniel was in his tuxedo. It looked so nice on him. It was a regular black tuxedo with a blue handkerchief, and undergarment. Blue always looked so good on Daniel. No wonder it was his favorite color. I just loved the way it complimented his body, I just couldn’t take my eyes off of him. “Nicole? Hey? You okay?” he smiled at me. “Yeah, I’m fine I’m fine.” I laughed as I repeated to him. “Good”, he paused then continued, “Man, can you believe it? I’m getting married!” He spoke like it was a good thing. I just nodded my headed. “Aren’t you nervous?” I questioned him. He scratched his head and said “well…” he thought and said, “I mean, of course. This is like a really big decision for Selena and me.”

“But are you ready?” I asked him. “Like yall have only been going out for a year and a half, are you sure you’re ready?” I asked again. He shook his head “Yeah I know, but I think we’re ready…”  We had a small little moment of silence till Daniel broke it by saying, “Why are you asking?” I mumbled, “Just looking after you, that’s all” I smiled at him. He gave me a smile back and pulled me into a tight hug. I couldn’t help but love the feeling of his arms wrapped so tight around me. The warmth of his body, strong muscles, and cologne; it just gave me this feeling that I use to have for him a long time ago and I missed it so much! My heart started to beat so fast and loud I was kind of scared he would hear it. When he finally let me go I stared deep into his dark brown eyes. One thing led to another. The next thing I knew my lips were locked on to his. I pulled away and mumbled, “Uh…Um” I was speechless, scared, nervous, and breathless. I didn’t know what to say to him…So I just ran down the stairs. I could hear him calling after me; I just ignored him and kept going.

*** Daniel’s POV ***

“Nicole!! Nicole!!” I shouted,  getting louder and louder. I chased after her trying to catch up to her pace. I was just a few inches from grabbing her. As I finally reached her arm, I grabbed her and turned her to me “What was that?” I questioned her. “Nothing” she said looking away “Nothing? Nothing??” I repeated getting louder “That was obviously something!” I protested. She just kept looking down and didn’t say one word or make one move. I took a deep breath, “why?”, was the only thing  running through my mind. “Nicole just tell me. What was that for? Do you still have feeling for me?” I asked in a dry voice.
