Unspoken feelings

*Bryden's p.o.v*

As I pulled up to the school I smiled it was only the third or fourth week of school and I was loving my senior year already absolutely nothing could make it go wrong. Walking into the school my principal Ms. Brok stopped me " Hey Bryden I have a favor to ask around 7:30 could you come into my office we have a new student and i'd like for you to show them around." I smiled "of course ill be there." I smiled and then walked towards the other football players.

7:30 came around and I headed towards Ms. Brok's room as I promised I would. I entered her office and there I saw a short, gorgeous, brown haired girl and I felt a burning in my throat.

The female and I walked into the hall and I smiled at her "hey im Bryden" I said trying to discretely check her out as were other guys we walked by. She smiled shyly and tucked a piece of her gorgeous wavy brown hair behind her ear. " I'm Rayne" she spoke so sweetly id never even looked at a girl like this but all I knew is I wanted to get to know her. tugging my sleeves of my grey sweat shirt down I smiled and looked over her shoulder at her schedule "o hey cool we have gym together first period" I smiled as I pointed to the gym and we began to walk there.

*Rayne's p.o.v*

" Hey i'm Bryden" he smiled softly and I could feel myself melt. " I'm Rayne" I said as I smiled *wow Rayne your 30 minutes into your first day at school and you already have a crush way to go* I thought to myself as Bryden mentioned we had gym first which didn't bother me what so ever. As we walked into the gym Bryden walked me over to the teacher and introduced us. after handing me forms for my mom to fill out I walked back over to Bryden awkwardly "hey wanna play soccer or something?". I asked softly I used to play soccer at my school last year before the incident and I was pretty decent at it.

"hey wanna play soccer or something?" I smiled looking down at Rayne completely ignoring the friends I had been talking to "sure that sounds like fun" I said smiling as we walked towards the gym doors to go to the fields. I walked with her to the soccer field and kicked the ball her way as we began to play I smiled about how passionate she was towards the sport "wow you're pretty good you should join the team" she scored a goal as I said that and a Cheshire smile formed on her lips. "you really think so?" she asked walking up next to me and sat on the grass soaking up the beautiful rays of sun. "Yeah I definitely think you should. I'll even come and watch your games if you come to mine" I was trying to subtly flirt but, I wasn't to sure it was working. "deal" she said smiling and the bell to end gym rang
