As we pulled up to the cafe i'd decided to take Rayne to I couldn't help but have one thought lingering in the back of my head. I don't think we used a condom but, it was definitely her first time so she couldn't get pregnant or anything right?

I looked over smiling at the precious creature sitting besides me and I pushed all bad thoughts out of my head as I parked the car and smiled " My mom used to bring me here" I stated getting out of the drivers seat and heading to her side to open the door for her. the adorable blush I had began to fall with appeared on her cheeks and I smiled. "What happened to her?" her sweet voice cooed as she stepped out of the car and smiled up at me "what do you mean?" I shrugged taking her hand as we began to walk into the cafe "you said used to so what happened to her?" I looked down at the petite figure asking me the question "she died in a car crash" I said softly as we sat down in a booth away from everybody else

*Rayne's p.o.v*

"she died in a car crash" I looked at him as we sat down in a booth secluded from every other one in cafe and I faintly smiled "My father committed suicide when I was 9" I slid my hand across the table and placed it on top of his larger hand that was resting quite uneasily "I know its hard" I said reassuringly making sure he knew he could always talk to me. "Same goes to you" he smiled and ordered us a pizza and soda he's the only kid I know that would eat pizza at 6 am but, if he wanted that then I did too.

the pizza came and we talked and ate and laughed and smiled just like I had always wanted and in this moment nothing was better all of the hurt and pain I had felt the year prior was gone and there was nothing that could ruin this feeling of high
