jealous?

Friday.

The second favourite 'f' word for everyone, at least. I look at the time it was perfect, 7:15 AM. The alarm went off and i quickly shut it. I don't really know what is up with me with waking up before the actual time i was supposed to wake up to. It keeps happening.

I heard shuffling footsteps coming followed by a knock on the door knowing it was my mum. "I'm awake" i groaned. She then went away. My mum always made sure i really wake up so she always come back five minutes later, if she comes back to me still on the bed she would just drag the shit out of me to the bathroom. Trust me, it happened before. I throw my towel over my shoulder and went to shower.

With everything all done, i wait for Emma to pick me up. I look into the mirror and made a whole spin, making sure my outfit doesn't have anything torn, or anything else. I was dressed in a white tank top, followed by a cardigan outside and blue ripped jeans.

I head down to get breakfast since Emma always took so long to get here. I poured my favourite cereal into my favourite bowl and poured my chocolate milk in and let myself dig in.

"G'mornin'" my dad greeted me, he was in his suit, all ready for work. "Morning dad." i said with a mouthful of koko crunch.

My dad chuckled, "C'mon Danielle, you can't talk like that. Be more lady-like. Let's do this again, Goodmorning Dani" he smiles widely.

I gulped down the cereals in my mouth and cleared my throat, "Morning, dad" i smiled, followed by an eyeroll.

"That's my girl," he ruffles my hair an planting a kiss on my forehead. "Hey!" i grumbled. "See you at home!" he left for work.

As soon as i finished my bowl of cereal, Emma called. I quickly grab my bags and keys before shouting goodbye to everyone in the house eventhough they probably won't even hear me.

"Hey!!" Emma called from her window. I quickly went into the passenger's seat and we finally drive to school.

"So homecoming is in few days, are you planning to go?" Emma asked.

"I don't know, what about you?" i shrugged my shoulders, opening my locker and get my books for today.

"Yes! Sean finally asked me yesterday!" she squealed, making us both screaming like an idiot in the middle of the hallway. I'm happy for her anyways.

Emma and Sean had been going out recently and Emma is head over heels for that guy since 8th grade. It was when they were assigned as lab partners. She still couldn't stop

talking about him like how she used to before.

We saw Mia coming towards us and she have a straight look on her face. "You guys looked like a complete freak from the hallway, do you guys know that?" she said, "What's all the screaming about anyway?"

"Sean asked me!!" she said quietly, probably mentally screaming on the inside.

"Asked you what?" Mia asked with a confused look on her face.

"Homecoming, you idiot," i said.

Few seconds later i saw Luke and Calum appears in the hallway, Luke was in a beanie, and in a black sweater. Geez, does that kid knows colours? He always wears black. Calum obviously wearing the school's soccer jersey. Having girls drooling over the both guys walking in the hallway. Luke's blue crystal eyes caught mine, he winked shortly, causing me to blink a couple of times.

"Dani are you zoning out?" Emma snapped her fingers right infront both of my eyes. "What the hell?" i swatted her hands away from me.

The bell rings. I closed my locker and made my way to my first class. "See you guys during free period or something." i waved them goodbyes.
