I woke up with a start. I looked around and sighed with exhaustion. I hadn't been able to sleep a wink since being on this plane due to the loud, boisterous 4 year old that continually kicked my chair and the large woman next to me who's fat kept spilling onto my chair. I wriggled in my seat trying to get into a comfortable position.
"If your uncomfortable sitting over there darlin' there's always room on my lap" a cute boy with light brown hair and arms covered in tattoos, winked. He had a very strong american accent and looked only a year older than me.
" I would but it looks like your ego is taking up most of the room already" i shot back sweetly. The boy grabbed his heart, pretending to be hurt deeply by my words. I rolled my eyes at his childish performance.
"Alright I understand, just know the offers always there" he grinned cheekily.
Eurgh this was going to be a long flight.

"My name's Ely by the way what's yours?" the boy loudly whispered to me across the aisle.
"I hope you know that I really don't care but for the record its Maya" i whisper shouted back
"Nice! And i'm just trying to make this plane journey less painful" He answered " So why are you going to Australia?"
"Oh my god you aren't giving up are you?" I laughed, to which he shook his head. " Fine, I'm here on business what about you?" I said.
" Visiting family" he said shortly.
"Alrighty then" i replied, closing my eyes
"Ladies and gentleman this is your pilot speaking, we should be arriving shortly so if you could please fasten your seat belts. That is all"
Its okay i whispered to myself, repeating it over and over again as the turbulence started. Ely must of heard me because i soon felt a warm large hand reach over and cover mine. I found this really sweet but was only able offer to grimace as a thank you but i think he understood from the way he smiled and nodded his head.
" It happens to me too sometimes" Ely reassured, his hand still holding mine.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Me and Ely walked off the plane together and collected our luggage.
"So do you think that there is any chance of me getting your number?" He slyly questioned.
"Yeah, sure but you should know that i have boyfriend at home" i added, before handing him my phone.
"Well you won't have a boyfriend forever will you," He smirked before handing me back his phone, and i his.
"You never know" I smiled, thinking about mine and Elliot's 'special goodbye' as he called it.
"Playing hard to get, I like it" he whispered before kissing me on the cheek and walking in the other direction with the smirk still plastered on his face.
I quickly turned around and headed towards the sea of people that were searching frantically for the their loved ones. I soon found a large, bald, overly dressed man wearing a black chauffeur outfit that held a cardboard sign saying 'Maya Hale' on it, with a short, red headed woman standing next to him.
"Hi!" I stated awkwardly, shifting uncomfortably when both their gazes fell directly on me.
"Maya Hale?" The woman asked
"Yes?" I replied confidently
"Hello, I'm the boys' managers assistant, Meghan, nice to meet you! Im just here to show you to the apartment, introduce you to the boys and make sure you know the rules and their schedules and all of the boring stuff" she laughed carelessly. I liked her instantly, maybe it was the fact she was constantly smiling or that she looked only a couple of years older than me.
"Okay, nice to meet you too" I smiled back and with that she slowly turned around towards the exit and called over her shoulder to follow her. I quickly picked up my things only to be told by the chauffeur that he will get it.
"Thank you ...?" I trailed off
" Robert" he filled in showing off his thick Australian accent.
"Hmm that's a bit too formal for me, i think I'm going to stick with Bob" i joked to which he chuckled.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I stepped out of the car cautiously and looked up to see the tallest, grandest hotel I have ever seen in my life. I admired its beauty for a few seconds before hurriedly following Meghan towards the elevator.
"Wow" i gaped at the amount of detail in the lobby.
"It really is beautiful isn't it?" Meghan replied, "Now i should begin telling you some of the information you will need before you get started. "Firstly, the boys aren't allowed out of the hotel unless its a scheduled meeting at the studio or a business matter that they have to attend to".
"Okay" i nodded.
"And you will have a a whole team of security guards at your disposal if needed at anytime, plus you have all the companies contact information in the drawer and the boys can help you if you need anything minor, and finally if we find out that if any relationships of any sort begin that will lead to permanent expulsion from the job". She carefully added, " Also if you have anymore questions that come about later then don't hesitate to contact me, but for now just make sure that no one dies." She deadpanned.
"This is the floor, if you follow me i will quickly explain to the boys what is going on and then they're all yours" she joked
"Lucky me" i muttered under my breath
"They're aren't that bad once you get used to their unique sense of humour and different personalities" she tried to reassure me but i could feel the butterflies in my stomach. We reached the door and Meghan quickly unlocked it. We both shuffled into the room and my jaw dropped at what i saw next.
