Phone Conversation

A'Jahnae : "Exactly, he so called broke up with me for no reason like its so dumb. But hey, I love him to death and he loves me. There's no doubt in my mind that he'd come running back soon."

Jeremih : "Just wait, lil mama, he hasn't been the same since he's been on tour."

A'Jahnae : "What do you mean by that?"

Jeremih : "He's just been distant. Maybe not a bad way but you could tell he's changed." I just nodded continuing to clean up the kitchen.

A'Jahnae : "Well I still love him there's no doubt, but I just hate that he broke up with me for no reason. He'll be back", I assured myself.

Jeremih : "Yeah just keep thinking that, don't put negative thoughts into your head."

A'Jahnae : "Thanks, Mih, I'm gonna call you later, I gotta get this dinner started for my baby girls."

Jeremih : "Alright."

A'Jahnae : "Bye."

I hung up, putting my phone down washing my hands. I began to take out a cutting board beginning to cut raw chicken into little bites. I was making homemade chicken nuggets since the girls loved it.

I heard the front door open and it was N'Aejah and her bodyguard, Anthony.

Anthony : "Mrs. Brown!"

A'Jahnae : "Thanks, honey, we'll see you tomorrow!" I called from the kitchen as the front door closed and N'Aejah rushed into the kitchen teary eyed.

A'Jahnae : I'm making chicken- baby what's wrong?" I questioned her wiping my hands.

N'Aejah : "You said you and Daddy wouldn't break up anymore but you did!" She cried sadly. I sighed hugging her tightly.

A'Jahnae : "I didn't want you to find out, honey. Just know that me and daddy will always be there for you the same as we did when we were together."

N'Aejah : "Mommy, you're lying?"

A'Jahnae : "Of course not. I'm serious. Your dad will still FaceTime you all the time and text you he loves you everytime he has the chance. I promise baby girl." I stuck out my pinky and N'Aejah linked her's with mine.

N'Aejah : "Mommy I have to tell you something important."

A'Jahnae : "What's up baby?" I asked sitting down at the dining room table. She took a seat next to mine.

N'Aejah : "I heard Sevyn and Desire talking on the phone, Mommy."

A'Jahnae : "When?"

N'Aejah : "It was today at my session at Daddy's studio. She said that there's a drink and tonight or something. She said Daddy said no to Desire's kiss." I looked confused until she gave me her phone. I looked at it and I pressed play since there was a recording.

I listened to it intently and shook my head. Desire and Sevyn were planning something against me toward Chris so he would cheat. That means he wasn't with her. She was with him to get me angry and Chris being nice, didn't see past that. I needed to tell Chris as soon as I could.
