Hey guys, since you love this story, I posted the original story of BBFB called Be The One. It's still quite cheesy and has the same basic storylines as this one, but it is a bit darker than this story. I wrote it like three years ago.

Check out how 12 year old me writes a story!

Monday's are always the worst. I felt so tired because I went to Brielle's party and I did all my homework (which was practically a huge pile) yesterday, which is why I'm incredibly tired, and it's not even eight am!

Still, I don't regret going out with Liam. He was incredibly sweet and nice. All my friends were at the party.

Carmen apologized just before I went home. She saw how happy I was with him, and how it wasn't her business.

                "Why are you so smiley?"

Cody placed my plate in front of me. "Thanks. I had a really fun weekend,"

                "Were you being safe?"

                I glared at him. "Cody!"

He sat down in front of me, putting down his plate of food. He looks up, looking confused.

"What? Things happen at parties. I just didn't want you to have a kid this young."

I rolled my eyes, eating my breakfast.

                "It's not like I don't trust you. It's him I don't trust."

"Cody, you know how much I like him right? And how he makes me happy?"

He looks troubled. "I know Allie, and I'm happy you found someone you care about, but I still don'tlike him."

I stood up, my hands up in the air, exasperated. "How will he prove he's worthy of me then?"

                "Let's have dinner."

                "Tonight?"

"Yeah. He'll cook dinner and stuff and we'll talk about him and his plans. Does that sound like a good plan?"

I smiled, knowing Liam got his brother's talent as well, but I still felt nervous.

                "Sure."

I finish breakfast and changed into my school clothes. Today, Liam was going to drive me to school. It would be a great time to ask him about it.

--

"What if I mess up though?" He asks, still nervous. I smiled at how cute he was being.

"You'll be fine Liam okay? Just, um, maybe don't answer if he asked how any girls have you slept with."

He grimaced. "My brother probably told him anyways,"

"Oh," I stand on the toes of my good foot and pressed my lips on his cheek. "Good luck," I whisper in his ear, and he gripped my waist tightly. He looked at me with dark eyes.

"Kiss me properly," He pressed his lips on mine, but I pulled away before he could deepen it, an evil idea forming in my head.

"I will if you change his mind,"

His eyes widened, and I giggled, winking at him before leaving his apartment.

I got ready for the dinner. I wore a plain gray shirt that reached mid thigh, and I paired it with white pants

"You ready?" I ask Cody. He came out of his room, still shirtless. He pulled on his shirt. "Now I am,"

We head to the Summers' apartment, which was just really a two second walk. He knocked on the door. Liam opened it, wearing a white shirt and dark jeans, his usual get up. He smiled at us.He let us in and we waited for a while in the living room, since the food was just resting for a bit. After, he called us in.

Liam pulled back a chair for me, and I sat down. He placed my crutch on the side where I can reach it. "Thank you," I smile at him. He leans in and kisses me on the head, taking in my scent. "You look cute tonight,"

I smiled and he left to get the food. Cody was looking at me with an eyebrow raised. Okay, less PDA when in front of my brother. Got it.

It went smoothly as I wished it would, and by the end of the dinner Cody looked at ease with him.

"Thank you for the wonderful dinner," Cody says. Liam smiled. 'It was a pleasure,"

He smiles at me before I leave with Cody.

"So is he alright?" I ask when we both got into the apartment. I was standing by the door.

He smiles at me. "I guess he's alright."

I turn to leave. "Where are you going?" He asks just as I close the door. I open it again to peek my head in. "I forgot something."

I knocked on the door hard and fast, and a still nervous looking Liam opened the door. Before he could even open his mouth, I leaned forward and kissed him. He pulled away in shock, but he smiled, his hand snaking up my neck and he kissed me. I guess he got the message.
