Skyler Laidon POV:

My art lesson flew by in a blink of an eye. We didn't do much, only covered the theory side of art.

It was now lunch time but I remembered that I was meant to go shopping with Averie. I felt bad because I didn't do it yesterday so I decided to go now. I had two free periods after this so I may aswell go home straight after.

I walked out of the school building as soon as the bell rang and straight to my Range Rover. I sent a quick text to Carter asking what size she is then what medicine she needed and he replied almost instantly.

I got to the mall within minutes and parked my car outside of it on the huge, packed parking area. I wasn't really hungry at the moment but I certainly needed a coffee. I walked into Starbucks and ordered a late americano. I was now officially on a mission.

I walked into the pharmacy and immediately mentally groaned when I noticed how long the que was. I was not a patient person so I walked straight back out and into the closest clothing store. And that is how my shopping trip started.

2 hours and 5 arguments later I walked out from the last shop. I've honestly had enough shopping until next year.

I brought myself some new colourful clothes too since I quite liked the idea of wearing them.

I went back to my car making sure I have everything including the medicine. I saw my car in the distance. I looked down and took a sip of my now cold coffee when I heard a huge explosion and felt bits of dust hitting me. I turned my body around and fell to the floor.

I was motionless. I was praying it wasn't my car. Knowing my luck though it most probably was...

After a few seconds I stood back up and looked ahead of me where my car was now standing in flames.

I ran over to it and couldn't believe my eyes when I got there. The glass was broken to pieces. There were bits of my car shattered all over the floor. The car that used to be white now black and dusty standing in flames.

I looked down on the floor and noticed that it was spray painted red.

Lose the upcoming race or this won't be an empty car next time.

I shook my head and closed my eyes shut tightly. So, I'm guessing the race is important to someone.

I took my phone out of my pocket and took pictures of the car. Someone is going to pay for this because it was a pretty damn expensive car.

I then went onto my contacts and pressed the first one I saw.

After three signals the person picked up.

"Hello?" He asked.

"Hey Blaze are you busy by any chance?" I asked.

"Nope I'm on my free period why what's up?" He asked sounding curious.

"I need you to do me a huge favour. Could you drive down to the Mall and pick me up from the car park I kind of have a problem with my car." I said with the least anger I could in my voice.

"Erm... yea sure give me 10 minutes and I'll be right there." He said and hang up.

I dropped the bags on the floor and put both hands on my head thinking of any possible ideas who it may have been. To be honest it could've been any of the races from the upcoming Saturday and Sunday.

I saw Blazes car pulling in. Blaze stepped out and looked at me.

"So, where's your car?" He asked.
