Author's POV

"You idiot! What were you thinking? Stupid child!" Ra's yelled as Felicity walked into the open space. "Oh my god, what have I done now?" The blonde asked as snow tickled her nose. She hated Nada Parbet, always snowing here. It was late April now and months since her last encounter with The Flash and The Vigilante.

"You are heir to the demon! You must now fulfill duties here, before anywhere else!" The man spoke as the blonde took a sip of water from her flask. She furrowed her eyebrows but quickly stood tall.

"What is it you wish I'd do?" The blonde asked as she looked at her mentor. "The Vigilante has been growing a lot more popular with Star City these last few months.  As heir to the demon it is your duty to dispose of any threats to the league," Ra's said as he took a sip from his bottle of water.

"Yes sir, whatever you wish," The blonde replied with dull eyes. "Sara will help you, if she must," He added before watching the woman walk away. Felicity stalked into the halls and the other league members moved from her path.

She grabbed a bag and filled it with her clothes and weapons. Thoughts swirled inside of her head as she thought of ways to eliminate The Vigilante. She didn't care if she let him live all of those months ago. If she couldn't kill him now, there was a reason stronger than his will to live.

Oliver's POV

"C'mon Oliver! We both know I'm fast enough to get some before you could blink," Barry whined as he looked at my fries. "Barry, you've already ate both of ours!" Cisco said and stole one from Caitlin who slapped his hand and glared at him.

"Caitlin? Babe, can I have some of yours?" He asked quietly and pouted at her. She rolled her eyes and slid them across the table to Barry who grinned and kissed her cheek quickly before starting on his third plate of fries.

I rolled my eyes and sighed. "How you holding up?" I asked Cait and she smiled at me. Her eyes were a lot brighter than they were before. "Great actually, not in so much pain anymore, but still get the sore heads," She chuckled and i stiffled a laugh.

"Good!" I said and she smiled again before diverting her attention to the human waste disposal system, also known as Barry Allen.

"Hey guys, did you hear about what happen in Coast?" Cisco asked as he looked up from his phone. "No, why what happened?" Cait asked as her eyes flickered between Barry and Cisco. "A building got blew up. Apparently only people people died but around twenty to thirty people were injured," He said and i watched as he used his thumb to scroll down.

"Someone blew up a building? What for?" I asked and he shrugged. "Apparently the police are looking for a group of people, some say three women and others are saying two men," He explained and went silent again as he scanned the page before him.

"What happened to Coast?" Barry asked through countless fries in his mouth. "First off, ew! And second, a building was targeted and got blown up," Caitlin explained rolled her eyes as she watched Barry clean his mouth with his sleeve. "Really Barry?" She asked and he shrugged. "What? Gotta clean my mouth somehow and unlike some people I don't carry around a toothbrush and toothpaste!"

I chuckled at the bickering and smirked. "Whatever guys, just eat your food so we can get outta here," I said as my eyes caught sight of a familiar black bike. I excused myself before i walked out and met the woman I had fought with a few months before. "Now, to what do I owe the pleasure this time?" I asked as I crossed my arms over my chest and let my upper body rest against the wall. "I wouldn't call this pleasure," She muttered before I saw her wrist flick out from her wrist.

I ducked quickly as a knife embedded itself into the wall just above my head. I lifted my head and locked my gaze onto her face before he took off running away from the building housing his friends.  He could her her light footsteps patter behind him before he took a sharp left into an alley he recognised. The woman behind him was right on his tail as he ducked under some loose pipes before her hand latched onto the back of his hood.

Oliver fell backwards and the woman quickly straddled his squirming body. The mask covering her face and eyes prevented Oliver from being able to see anything and in turn, letting the smirk dancing across her lips go unseen. Her hand grabbed onto the top of his hair before she picked it up and slammed it down onto the concrete. Oliver grabbed her by the hips and threw her off of him before he rolled over onto his stomach.

The woman jumped up quickly before grabbing the man by his neck as she struggled to get to his feet.  A deep, computerised voice was heard as the woman chuckled. "Such a big bad hero, such a puny person underneath. Tell me, Archer Boy, do you like hiding beneath green leather for them or for you?" Oliver was then thrown into a heavy dumpster before he fell to his knees. The woman walked over and he bides his time before tackling her at the waist when she was close enough.

Sirens could be heard close by as police raced towards the center of the city on a call and Oliver was momentarily distracted by the commotion. The masked woman lifted her leg and kicked the vigilante in the jaw while his attention was elsewhere. Shouting could be heard as the woman let punch after punch settle on the man's face. He was dazed and confused and the loud noises around him were overloading his senses.

"Did you know that you can get a special drug that is only activated once it reaches a certain temperature? A person's core body temperature to be exact, and it causes them to lose focus and be slowed down and ever the more clumsy?"

Oliver could hear her smile even through the computer voice. She was gloating at his mistake. "You see, you really should start paying attention to your surroundings and the fact that your coffee was much more bitter than it usually is," She picked him up by his collar and shoved his weakening body against the wall. She grabbed the knife from her hip and held it against the side of his throat.

"You've caused so many problems, Vigilante, and now I'm gonna make sure that you can't anymore," She whispered in his ear. As she went to move a loud bang from behind her and a bullet hitting the wall beside her head caused her to flinched. The knife slightly cut the side of the man's neck before he was dropped to the floor.

Through his blurry vision, Oliver could make out the sight of two police cars and possibly three police officers. He also thought he could hear the shouts of his friends before his head tipped forwards. "DROP YOUR WEAPON AND PUT OUR HANDS IN THE AIR!" The police officers were prepared to chase after the woman as they used their car doors for cover.

"There won't be a third time," She spat at Oliver before she pocketed the knife and took off running. She quickly found a pipe travelling down the side of a building and jumped up to grab onto it. She could hear the officers behind her and her feet fit the railing of a fire escape by the time the officers had noticed her presence above them.

They shouted after her and called for back up as she raced up the stairs and onto the roof. Her feet carried her quickly over the roof of the building where she met the blonde waiting for her. "Took your time, I see. Is it done?" She asked as she joined her friend in running over the roof and jumping onto a near by building. "Not yet, I was interrupted... But it will be," She muttered before following after her friend.
