The whole way back to the hotel, I stayed a few steps ahead of Dustin. I was too angry to look at him, but I also feared what would happen when we were alone. I was thankful that there was another woman in the elevator with us on our way up, cameras wouldn't have stopped him from releasing what he was feeling.

The lady flicked her eyes over to me and gave me a small smile before resting her gaze on my cheek, which was still aching from the hit. Her eyes narrowed once they turned to Dustin, who was completely oblivious to her glare, way too focused on staring straight ahead and keeping a tight grip on my wrist.
Inching over to me slowly, she waited until Dustin glanced up at the ceiling before sliding a small card into my free hand and slipping out of the elevator on the same floor as us.

"Hurry up and open the fücking door" Dustin cursed at me as I fumbled with the key for a second. As soon as the lock clicked and he was sure there was no one nearby, he shoved the door open and threw me to the ground roughly. Slamming the door behind him he chuckled, "you think you can get smart with me in front of your friends? Being drunk doesn't give you an excuse to disrespect me you little bïtch!" I tried to scurry away from him before the kick came but I wasn't quick enough. Hot pain shot through my side and I cried out loudly, hoping that was all.

Dustin paused for a second, glancing at something next to me. The card the elevator lady had given me. He picked it up and scoffed as he read, scrunching it up and throwing it at me. "That bitch thinks she knows our business?" He roared, delivering another kick to my side, and another to my leg, another one catching my arm. "Fücking domestic violence help line, as if they could help you" he laughed out, wrenching my head up by my hair.

Dustin's hand clamped over my mouth, the other remaining in my hair pulling my head back as he muffled my screams of pain. "Dustin p-please.." I sobbed, hands clutching my side. This was the roughest he'd been for a while. He lowered his mouth to my ear, pausing for a second. "Maybe next time you'll think twice before you turn into a little skänk hmm?" He growled out. I nodded the best I could, "yes, yes I'm sorry! I shouldn't have gone to the party and I shouldn't have drank or-" my sentence was cut short by Dustin pulling me up off the ground by my hair, putting me back on my feet.

I looked up at him, trying to ignore the throbbing in not only my head, but my side and my wrists that he held tightly, using them to keep me against his chest. "Exactly baby, you shouldn't have. You understand why I had to do this don't you? I had to teach you a lesson, you know I don't enjoy it but it has to be done" I only nodded, knowing it was my fault for his outburst. His grip lessened slightly and I stepped back from him. I hoped he'd let me shower before I slept.

"I'm having a shower babe. Go wait for me in bed, I won't be long" Dustin ordered, kissing me swiftly on the forehead and heading to the bathroom. Of course I'm not that lucky, I thought to myself suppressing a groan.

The water turned on just as the door opened and Lila and Casey stepped inside. I had intended on putting the ice pack that I'd just grabbed on my side, but put it straight to my face at their questioning glances. "Hey guys, back already?" casual conversation was how I planned to slowly back to my room and avoid talking to them, because although Casey was here with Lila, I didn't want to risk Dustin getting mad again.

"Yeah..I was feeling a bit sick. Are you okay?" Lila pushed. Casey seemed to have no idea that there was tension and just continued smiling the whole time. Could've been the alcohol.
"Me? Of course why wouldn't I be?" I played it off, but she continued to give me a slight glare, indicating she knew I wasn't.

Either way, she headed into her room to get changed and Casey followed me to mine while she did, making me swear under my breath and hope that Dustin stayed in the shower.

Casey seemed like the kind of guy to not advance on a girl, but to make sure she was okay and had everything she needed, and keep away any creepy guys during parties. He was the kind of guy we needed more of around home. Personally thanks to Dustin, I didn't have many guys bother me when I was out. The only ones who did, were people who had no idea who I was. Or who my boyfriend was, for that matter. The girls however, struggled a lot more. I was constantly having to drag them away from guys, using stories of how I was about to throw up and needed their help.

Casey sat on the edge of my bed, smiling softly at me as I winced toward the ice pack. "He got you pretty hard huh?" I shrugged my shoulders, "it was an accident. He didn't realise it was me." Casey didn't look convinced but thankfully dropped it anyway. "You kick ass at Chicken by the way" he threw in and I chuckled, nodding. "Thanks, I've always been good at it. Usually with that one as my partner" indicating to the bathroom door, and it registered in my mind that the water wasn't on.

My mind stopped for a second and I looked at Casey, "I don't mean to sound rude but can you please leave? I'm just really tired is all." He smiled and nodded, heading back towards Lila's room, "no worries darl. Hope you feel better tomorrow!"
The bathroom door opened just as he slid out of sight, and I looked up at Dustin, admiring him, watching the water still dripping down his abs.

"You just can't help yourself can you?" If it wasn't for his harsh tone, I would've thought he meant me looking at his body. "Wha-" "Who the fück was that one? I know it wasn't the cünt I messed up on the sand" oh. He heard Casey talking. "Baby he came back with Lila, he was only speaking to me while she got dres-"

"save it! All the comes out is lies anyway. I'll deal with it in the morning." He shut the bedroom door before letting the towel drop and sliding some boxers on, wiping the drips off his stomach and shaking his hair. I'd seen him naked plenty of times, but he was still just as beautiful every time, even when he was mad.
We slid into bed after I changed, his arms curling around me to cuddle. If anyone saw us like this, they'd think we were a completely normal couple.

Boy, if only they knew how wrong they are.
