Chapter 20

I couldn't believe it. He doesn't want me to be scared of him but then he goes and threatens to kill someone! I walked back into the ward and went in to see Eliza by myself. I sat down in the chair and held her hand.

"what am I going to do? Eliza please wake up! Zayn's gotten worse with the Jayden situation, he got so bad that he just threatened to kill someone!" I said looking at the ground.

"he what?!" someone said.

"Eliza! Oh my god your awake!" I said hugging her and crying.

"yeah yeah but what were you saying about Zayn?" she said.

"oh, he thinks Jayden flirts with me and he said that if Jayden makes a move it will be his last and then I said like you could do anything to him and he said I could take his little brother away from him forever. It really scared me Eliza"

"wow, but, um, he kind of does flirt with you from time to time"

"what? No he doesn't!"

"he does, you just haven't realized"

"wow, really?"

"yeah"

"oh my god he does to. Anyways I'm gonna go tell everyone that your awake now!" I said running out of the ward into the waiting room.

"she's awake!" I said when everyone looked at me.

"what?!" they all yelled as I turned around and ran back to Eliza's room followed by Niall and Royce.

"Eliza! Oh my god baby you're ok!" Niall said running over to her and kissing her heavily.

"of course I'm ok babe" she said hugging him.

I walked out and saw that someone had told Lil so she was with everyone else. I told her to go in and see Eliza and then walked outside. I heard someone talking at the end of the hallway and turned to see who it was. It was Zayn and Jayden and they were fighting over something. My guess was that it was me. I got a bit closer to them so I could hear what they were saying.

"I'm just warning you mate, flirt with her again and your brother will be paying the price" Zayn said.

"and I'm just telling you, I don't flirt with her, I don't go for a taken girl" Jayden replied.

"but you like her"

"yeah but she's also like my little sister" Jayden said.

Hold up, Jayden likes me? Well that's awkward.

"how can you like her if she's like your little sister?!"

"I don't know! That's just how it is"

"well as long as you stay away from her we won't have any problems"

"stay away from her?! I don't think that's gonna happen mate"

"well then Dustin isn't gonna like you very much is he" Zayn growled.

"touch my little brother and your dead"

"um excuse me! No one is dying or being killed" I said.

"oh um, Hayley, how much did you hear?" Jayden asked.

"enough. I can't believe you two!! You know what? I'll make it easier for you both, you don't have to fight over me cause I don't belong to anyone anymore. I don't want a boyfriend who does this" I said walking past them and towards the elevator.

"Hayley wait!" Zayn yelled and I could hear him running behind me. I starting running and instead of going to the elevator I ran down the stairs. I got down the bottom and Zayn grabbed my arm.

"baby don't do this, you know you don't want to do this" Zayn said shaking his head.

"let go of me" I said.

"don't leave me Hayley, please. I'll do anything, I'm sorry for being jealous"

"it's not only because of this Zayn! We got through the phase of me being scared of you and then you threaten to kill someone?! All we ever do is fight! I hate it!"

"that can change baby, we can make that change. Please Haylz, don't end it here. Give me another chance, I love you"

"no Zayn, not now. There's too much going on to worry about relationship problems at the moment" I said as he let go of my arm.

It was so hard to do this, I didn't want to. So why did I? I love him.

"can you please tell everyone I'll be back later? But please ask them not to say anything about this? I don't want the press finding out yet" I said.

"where are you going?"

"home. I need to clear my head. We'll talk soon"

"ok, just remember I love you Hayley, I always will" Zayn said.

"I know Zayn, I know" I said walking out of the hospital with tears stinging my eyes.

Aw yeah and cause this is REALLY short, I'll probably update again this afternoon :) oh and I just wanted to try another style of writing, with the whole talking thing...is it ok? Let me know if you like this way better
